Description
図2は本発明の第1の実施例の内視鏡用処置具の全体構成を示しており、図示されていない内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱される例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等のような可撓性チューブからなる可撓性シース1内に、導電性を有する例えばステンレス鋼線の撚り線からなる操作ワイヤ2が、可撓性シース1に対して軸線方向に進退自在に全長にわたって挿通配置されている。

Claims (6)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱される可撓性シースと、上記可撓性シースの先端内から前方に向かって突没自在に配置された棒状処置片と、上記可撓性シース内に軸線方向に進退自在に挿通配置されて先端に上記棒状処置片が連結された操作ワイヤとを備え、上記可撓性シースの基端側から上記操作ワイヤを進退操作することにより上記棒状処置片が上記可撓性シースの先端内から前方に向かって突没するように構成された内視鏡用処置具において、
上記可撓性シースの少なくとも先端部分付近が可撓性の透明チューブで形成されると共に、上記棒状処置片が内側を通過する筒状の先端チップが上記可撓性シースの最先端部分に取り付けられていて、
上記棒状処置片の基部に、上記先端チップの後端に当接して上記可撓性シースの先端からの上記棒状処置片の最大突出長を規制するストッパが設けられ、
上記透明チューブ外から視認される固定指標が上記先端チップの後端外周部に形成されると共に、上記透明チューブ外から視認される移動指標が上記ストッパの外周部に形成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡用処置具。 - 上記棒状処置片が高周波電極であって、上記可撓性シースが電気絶縁性のチューブで形成され、上記操作ワイヤが上記高周波電極への導電線として兼用されている請求項1記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 上記可撓性シース内における上記操作ワイヤの進退動作に対し摩擦抵抗を付与して上記棒状処置片を上記可撓性シースの先端から任意の長さ突出した位置で静止させるブレ−キ手段が上記可撓性シース内に設けられている請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 上記ブレーキ手段が上記操作ワイヤに沿って上記可撓性シース内に嵌め込まれた可撓性チューブである請求項3記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 上記固定指標が、上記先端チップの後端部分のみに形成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 上記固定指標が、上記先端チップの軸線方向に間隔をあけて上記先端チップの外周面に複数形成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用処置具。
