Description
また、かしめパイプに対するかしめ加工が、操作ワイヤの軸線方向の同じ位置において略90°向きを変えて2方向から行われていてもよく、その場合に、かしめパイプに対するかしめ加工が、操作ワイヤの軸線方向に相違する二箇所の位置においてその相互間で軸線周り方向に略45°向きを変えて行われていてもよい。
図1は本発明の第1の実施例の内視鏡用高周波処置具の先端付近を示しており、1は、図示されていない内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱自在な例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等からなる、断面形状が円形の電気絶縁性の可撓性チューブである。

Claims (12)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱される電気絶縁性の可撓性チューブ内に導電性の操作ワイヤが軸線方向に進退自在に挿通されて、上記操作ワイヤの先端に棒状の高周波電極が連結され、上記操作ワイヤを基端側から進退操作することにより上記高周波電極が上記可撓性チューブの先端から突没するように構成された内視鏡用高周波処置具において、
上記可撓性チューブに内挿される外径サイズのかしめパイプが上記操作ワイヤの先端付近に被嵌されて、上記かしめパイプを外面側からかしめ加工で変形させることにより、上記かしめパイプが上記操作ワイヤに固定されると同時に、上記かしめパイプが変形して外径が膨らんだ部分が上記可撓性チューブの内周面に圧接してそれに伴う摩擦抵抗が上記かしめパイプと上記可撓性チューブの内周面との間に発生し、上記操作ワイヤを基端側から進退操作することにより上記高周波電極を上記可撓性チューブの先端から突没する任意の位置で静止させることができるように構成されると共に、
上記操作ワイヤが芯線の周囲に複数の素線を撚った撚り線により形成され、上記操作ワイヤの最先端部分において上記芯線だけを残して上記素線が全て切除されて、切除されずに残された芯線部分により上記高周波電極が形成され、
上記かしめパイプが、上記操作ワイヤの素線が切除されずに残された部分の最先端部分に被嵌されてそこにかしめ固定されていることを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波処置具。 - 上記可撓性チューブの内周面とかしめ加工前の上記かしめパイプの外面とが共に円形形状である請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプに対するかしめ加工が、上記操作ワイヤの軸線方向に相違する複数箇所においてその相互間で軸線周り方向に向きを変えて行われている請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプに対するかしめ加工が、上記操作ワイヤの軸線方向に相違する二箇所の位置においてその相互間で軸線周り方向に略90°向きを変えて行われている請求項3記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプに対するかしめ加工が、上記操作ワイヤの軸線方向の同じ位置において略90°向きを変えて2方向から行われている請求項1、2又は3記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプに対するかしめ加工が、上記操作ワイヤの軸線方向に相違する二箇所の位置においてその相互間で軸線周り方向に略45°向きを変えて行われている請求項5記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記操作ワイヤの最先端面又は上記かしめパイプの最先端面が当接して上記可撓性チューブ先端からの上記高周波電極の最大突出長を規制するストッパが、上記可撓性チューブの先端部分に取り付けられている請求項1ないし6のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプが、上記操作ワイヤの素線が切除されずに残された部分の最先端部分より後方に取り付けられて、上記操作ワイヤの素線が切除されずに残された部分の最先端部分がロー付け又はハンダ付けにより固められている請求項1ないし7のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプが上記操作ワイヤの先端部分付近からさらに前方に突出する状態に設けられていて、その部分に上記高周波電極の基端部分が取り付けられている請求項1ないし7のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプが上記高周波電極と上記操作ワイヤとを電気的に導通させる機能を有している請求項9記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記かしめパイプの軸線方向の全長の中の一部の領域の外径サイズが上記可撓性チューブの内周面から退避した径に形成されている請求項1ないし10のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記高周波電極が真っ直ぐな棒状に形成されている請求項1ないし11のいずれかの項に記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
