Description
図1は、内視鏡に用いられる二つの配管部材1,2が接続される際の状態を示している。二つの配管部材1,2は各々、ステンレス鋼(例えばSUS304等)等のような耐蝕性合金材により形成されており、第1の配管部材1は肉薄のパイプ状に形成され、第2の配管部材2はシリンダ状に形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 耐蝕性合金材からなる二つの配管部材の接続部の外面にレーザビームが照射されて上記二つの配管部材が溶接され、上記二つの配管部材内の管路が連通接続された状態になる内視鏡の配管部材の接続方法において、
筒状体の外周壁に複数の透孔が穿設された不活性ガス注入治具が上記二つの配管部材のうち一方の配管部材の外端開口部に接続され、上記レーザビーム照射時に、上記二つの配管部材の接続部の外面に向かって不活性ガスを吹き付けると同時に、上記透孔から上記不活性ガス注入治具内に送り込まれた不活性ガスが上記二つの配管部材内の管路に通されることを特徴とする内視鏡の配管部材の接続方法。 - 上記二つの配管部材内の管路に通される不活性ガスの圧力が0.05〜0.5MPaの範囲である請求項1に記載の内視鏡の配管部材の接続方法。
- 上記二つの配管部材内の管路に通される不活性ガスの温度が0〜40℃の範囲である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の内視鏡の配管部材の接続方法。
- 上記二つの配管部材内の管路に通される不活性ガスがアルゴンガスである請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡の配管部材の接続方法。
- 上記二つの配管部材の少なくとも一方がパイプ状の部材である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡の配管部材の接続方法。
