Description
図3は、内視鏡の吸引管路等を構成する配管接続部を示しており、流体を通すための配管パイプ1の一端が、例えば蓋状に形成された配管ブロック2に接続固定されている。配管パイプ1と配管ブロック2は各々、ステンレス鋼(例えばSUS304等)等のような耐蝕性合金材により形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 耐蝕性合金材からなる配管パイプの一端が耐蝕性合金材からなる配管ブロックに形成されたパイプ差込孔に嵌挿されて、その嵌合部の外縁の全周において上記配管パイプと上記配管ブロックとがレーザビーム照射により溶着されて接続固定された構成を有する内視鏡の配管接続部において、
上記パイプ差込孔が、上記配管パイプの先端面が当接する段部を有する座繰り孔状に形成され、
上記配管ブロックのパイプ差込孔に対する上記配管パイプの嵌合長が、上記配管パイプの肉厚の1〜2倍の範囲に形成され、
上記嵌合部全体が溶接されていることを特徴とする内視鏡の配管接続部。 - 上記配管ブロックの上記配管パイプが差し込まれる側の面に、上記パイプ差込孔よりも大きな径の座繰り孔状の逃れ孔が上記パイプ差込孔と同軸に形成されている請求項1記載の内視鏡の配管接続部。
- 耐蝕性合金材からなる配管パイプの一端が耐蝕性合金材からなる配管ブロックに形成されたパイプ差込孔に嵌挿されて、その嵌合部の外縁の全周において上記配管パイプと上記配管ブロックとがレーザビーム照射により溶着されて接続固定された内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法において、
上記パイプ差込孔が、上記配管パイプの先端面が当接する段部を有する座繰り孔状に形成され、
上記配管ブロックのパイプ差込孔に対する上記配管パイプの嵌合長が、上記配管パイプの肉厚の1〜2倍の範囲に形成され、
上記配管パイプと上記パイプ差込孔との嵌合部の外縁に向けて上記配管パイプの軸線に対し5〜60°の角度で全周にわたり外方からレーザビームが照射され、それによって上記配管パイプと上記配管ブロックとが溶着され、
上記レーザビーム照射後に、上記配管パイプと上記配管ブロックとの溶接部の内壁面が研磨され、
上記レーザビーム照射が、上記レーザビームにより溶解されない材料からなるロッド状部材が上記配管パイプ内と上記配管ブロック内とにまたがって嵌め込まれた状態で行われ、
上記嵌合部全体が溶接されることを特徴とする内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法。 - 上記レーザビームがYAGレーザであって、上記ロッド状部材が銅製である請求項3記載の内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法。
- 上記配管ブロックの上記配管パイプが差し込まれる側の面に、上記パイプ差込孔よりも大きな径の座繰り孔状の逃れ孔が上記パイプ差込孔と同軸に形成される請求項3又は4記載の内視鏡の配管接続部の製造方法。
