Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る接続構造が適用される内視鏡用処置具の一例としての高周波ナイフの外観を示す模式図である。図1に示す高周波ナイフ1は、内視鏡の処置具チャンネルに挿通可能な挿入部10と、該挿入部10の基端に設けられた操作部20とを備える。挿入部10の先端には、処置部品の一例として、高周波電流を通電させることにより生体組織を切除可能となる電極部(ナイフ部)12が設けられている。
次に、本発明の実施の形態1の変形例について説明する。図12及び図13は、本発明の実施の形態1において使用可能なカシメダイスを示す断面図である。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。実施の形態2に係る接続構造が適用される内視鏡用処置具(高周波ナイフ)の構成は全体として実施の形態1と同様であり(図1参照)、電極部12と操作ワイヤ13とを連結する連結部材の形状が実施の形態1と異なる。
上記実施の形態2に係る接合方法は、実施の形態1と組み合わせて行うことも可能である。ここで、棒状電極部12a及び操作ワイヤ13の仕様によっては、実施の形態1又は実施の形態2に係る接合方法を単独で実行した場合、意図した接合強度が得られない場合も考えられる。そのような場合、実施の形態1及び実施の形態2に係る接合方法を複合的に組み合わせることで、要求される接合強度を達成することが可能となる。具体的には、実施の形態2において用いられる連結部材40に対し、電極挿入部40a及びワイヤ挿入部40bに対し、それぞれ適切なかしめ量を設定してかしめ工程を行う、といった方法が挙げられる。

Claims (6)
- 内視鏡用処置具において、処置部品と操作ワイヤとを、筒状体からなる連結部材を用いて接続する接続構造であって、
前記処置部品の基端部が棒状をなし、
前記連結部材の一端側に前記基端部が挿入可能な第1の孔部が設けられ、前記連結部材の他端側に前記操作ワイヤが挿入可能な第2の孔部が設けられ、
前記第1の孔部に前記基端部を挿入した状態で、前記第1の孔部の周壁の少なくとも一部をかしめて塑性変形させることにより、前記基端部と前記連結部材が接合され、
前記第2の孔部に前記操作ワイヤを挿入した状態で、前記第2の孔部の周壁の少なくとも一部をかしめて塑性変形させることにより、前記操作ワイヤと前記連結部材が接合され、
前記基端部と前記連結部材との接合強度は、前記操作ワイヤと前記連結部材との接合強度よりも強く、
前記内視鏡用処置具は、前記連結部材を挿入可能な内径を有する挿入部と、前記基端部が挿入可能且つ前記挿入部よりも内径が小さい肉厚部とが設けられ、前記連結部材の先端面が当接する内底面を有するストッパ部材を備える、
ことを特徴とする接続構造。 - 前記第1の孔部の周壁に対するかしめ量は、前記第2の孔部の周壁に対するかしめ量よりも多い、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続構造。
- 前記第1の孔部の周壁の厚みは、前記第2の孔部の周壁の厚みよりも厚い、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続構造。 - 内視鏡用処置具において、基端部が棒状をなす処置部品と操作ワイヤとを、一端側に前記基端部が挿入可能な第1の孔部が設けられ、他端側に前記操作ワイヤが挿入可能な第2の孔部が設けられた、筒状体からなる連結部材を用いて接続する接続方法であって、
前記第1の孔部に前記基端部を挿入し、前記第1の孔部の周壁の少なくとも一部をかしめて塑性変形させることにより、前記基端部と前記連結部材とを接合する第1のかしめ工程と、
前記第2の孔部に前記操作ワイヤを挿入し、前記第2の孔部の周壁の少なくとも一部をかしめて塑性変形させることにより、前記操作ワイヤと前記連結部材とを、前記基端部と前記連結部材との接合強度よりも小さい接合強度で接合する第2のかしめ工程と、
を含み、
前記第1のかしめ工程と前記第2のかしめ工程とは、任意の順に行われ、
前記内視鏡用処置具は、前記連結部材を挿入可能な内径を有する挿入部と、前記基端部が挿入可能且つ前記挿入部よりも内径が小さい肉厚部とが設けられ、前記連結部材の先端面が当接する内底面を有するストッパ部材を備える、
ことを特徴とする接続方法。 - 前記第1のかしめ工程におけるかしめ量は、前記第2のかしめ工程におけるかしめ量よりも多い、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接続方法。
- 前記第1のかしめ工程前における前記第1の孔部の周壁の厚みは、前記第2のかしめ工程前における前記第2の孔部の周壁の厚みよりも厚い、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の接続方法。
