Claims (6)
- 表面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成した多孔質の弁作用金属体に、ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェンとポリスチレンスルホン酸の水分散体を吐出機を用いて、間欠もしくは連続塗工で霧状に非接触で塗布するスプレー法またはノズル口径および液圧を調整して点状に塗布するドット法により、10kPa以下の圧力で、5〜50回塗布し、105℃以上の加熱温度で乾燥することで形成した導電性高分子層からなる固体電解質を具備することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 表面に陽極酸化皮膜を形成した多孔質の弁作用金属体にポリエチレンジオキシチオフェンとポリスチレンスルホン酸の水分散体を吐出機を用いて、間欠もしくは連続塗工で霧状に非接触で塗布するスプレー法またはノズル口径および液圧を調整して点状に塗布するドット法により、10kPa以下の圧力で、5〜50回塗布し、105℃以上の加熱温度で乾燥することにより導電性高分子層からなる固体電解質を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記水分散体中に含まれるポリスチレンスルホン酸は、高速液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析法により測定した平均分子量が10,000から150,000であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記水分散体中に含まれるポリエチレンジオキシチオフェンは、質量分析スペクトル法により測定した分子量が5,000から10,000であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記水分散体の塗布後に前記弁作用金属体表面の水による洗浄を行うことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記多孔質の弁作用金属体が、アルミニウム、タンタル、ニオブから選択されてなる金属体であることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
