Claims (6)
- 垂直に降ろされる荷の水平X方向両側の垂直面それぞれに対応する位置に独立して配設される水平X方向センタリング用の荷位置決め装置と、当該荷の前記水平X方向に対して直角向きの水平Y方向両側の垂直面それぞれに対応する位置に独立して配設される水平Y方向センタリング用の荷位置決め装置とで構成される荷位置ずれ自動矯正装置であって、
前記荷位置決め装置の各々は、
平面矩形の基台と、
この基台上に、対応する荷の垂直面に対して直交する水平前後方向に一定範囲内で移動可能に支持された可動台と、
この可動台を水平前後方向の移動範囲の前進限位置に付勢保持する可動台付勢手段と、
垂直に降ろされる荷の底面を支持し且つ当該荷の水平面上の横動を許す荷支持部と、
前記可動台の水平前後方向の移動方向に対して直交する水平軸により当該可動台上に軸支され且つ前記荷支持部上で定位置に支持された荷の垂直面に隣接する荷位置決め用ローラーとを備え、
前記可動台付勢手段は、移載機に支持された荷が定位置に対して前記荷位置決め用ローラーと重なる位置で垂直に降ろされるときは、この荷位置決め用ローラーと共に前記可動台が後退移動するのを許すが、当該荷が前記荷支持部で支持され且つ移載機が当該荷から離れたときは、前記荷位置決め用ローラーを介して当該荷を定位置まで押し戻すように前記可動台を前進限位置まで復帰移動させることができる付勢力を有する、荷位置ずれ自動矯正装置。 - 前記荷支持部が前記可動台上に設けられている、請求項1に記載の荷位置ずれ自動矯正装置。
- 前記荷支持部は、前記可動台の水平前後移動方向に対して直交する水平軸により軸支された荷支持用ローラーから構成されている、請求項2に記載の荷位置ずれ自動矯正装置。
- 前記可動台上には、前記荷位置決め用ローラーと平行な水平軸で中間部が軸支されたシーソー運動自在な可動レバーが設けられ、この可動レバーの一端側に前記荷位置決め用ローラーが軸支されると共に当該可動レバーの他端側に前記荷支持用ローラーが軸支され、前記可動レバーのシーソー運動範囲を、前記荷支持用ローラーが荷支持レベルに位置すると共に前記荷位置決め用ローラーが前記荷支持用ローラー上で定位置に支持された荷の垂直面に隣接する支持姿勢と前記荷支持用ローラーが前記荷支持レベルより上方に突出する傾動姿勢との間に制限するストッパーと、前記可動レバーを前記傾動姿勢に付勢保持する可動レバー付勢手段とが設けられている、請求項3に記載の荷位置ずれ自動矯正装置。
- 前記可動台は、水平左右方向にも一定範囲内で移動可能に支持されると共に、この水平左右方向移動範囲の中心位置にセンタリングする第二可動台付勢手段が併設され、
この第二可動台付勢手段は、前記荷支持部上に支持された荷と共に前記可動台が水平左右方向に移動するのを許す程度の付勢力を有する、請求項2〜4に記載の荷位置ずれ自動矯正装置。 - 各荷位置決め装置の前記可動台付勢手段と前記第二可動台付勢手段とは、前記可動台と可動台支持台部との間で左右対称のハの字形に張設された左右一対のバネによって構成されている、請求項5に記載の荷位置ずれ自動矯正装置。
