Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、一面に形成されたマット面(matte side)にノジュール(nodule)間の縦横比が0.001〜2であるノジュールクラスター(nodule cluster)が備えられ、結晶構造において、(111)面と(200)面との集合組職係数(texture coefficient)の合計に対する(200)面の集合組職係数の比率が30〜80%であり、水接触角が90゜以下であり、銅箔表面に存在する不純物の斑点は、最大直径が100μm以下であり、斑点間の最小離隔距離が1cm以上であることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池の集電体用銅箔に関するものである。

Claims (1)
- リチウム二次電池の集電体として用いられる銅箔において、
一面に形成されたマット面にノジュール間の縦横比が0.001〜2であるノジュールクラスターが備えられ、
結晶構造において、(111)面と(200)面との集合組織係数の合計に対する(200)面の集合組織係数の比率が30〜80%であり、
水接触角が90゜以下であり、
銅箔表面に存在する不純物の斑点は、最大直径が100μm以下であり、斑点間の最小離隔距離が1cm以上であることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池の集電体用銅箔。
