Description
結晶構造において、(111)面、(200)面、(220)面の集合組織係数の全体合計の中で(111)面と(200)面との集合組織係数の合計が占める比率が60〜85%であり、前記(111)面、(200)面、(220)面の集合組織係数の全体合計に対する(111)面の集合組織係数の比率が18〜38%、(200)面の集合組織係数の比率が28〜62%、(220)面の集合組織係数の比率が15〜40%であることを特徴とする。
ここで、重量偏差は、銅箔を5cm×5cmのサイズに切り出して試片を作った後その重量を測定して単位面積当たりの銅箔の重量値を換算し、銅箔の幅方向に沿って前記試片を切り出す過程を繰り返して行って各試片に対する銅箔重量値を測定した後標準偏差を計算することで算出する。このとき、銅箔は、クロメート表面処理を通じて防錆処理された電解銅箔を用いることが望ましい。
Claims (1)
- リチウム二次電池の集電体として用いられる銅箔であって、
結晶構造において、(111)面、(200)面、(220)面の集合組織係数の全体合計の中で(111)面と(200)面との集合組織係数の合計が占める比率が60〜85%であり、前記(111)面、(200)面、(220)面の集合組織係数の全体合計に対する(111)面の集合組織係数の比率が18〜38%、(200)面の集合組織係数の比率が28〜62%、(220)面の集合組織係数の比率が15〜40%であり、重量偏差特性が3%以下であり、引張強度が30〜40kgf/mm2であり、延伸率が3〜20%であり、銅箔厚さが1〜35μmであることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池の集電体用銅箔。
