Claims (3)
- 放電極と、
上記放電極へ液体を供給する液体供給手段と、
上記放電極に対向して配置された対向電極と、
上記放電極を内部に納め、対向電極を支持する筐体と、
上記放電極と対向電極との間に高電圧を印加する電圧印加部とで構成され、
上記高電圧によって放電極に供給された上記液体を放電極の先端において静電霧化させて帯電微粒子液を作り出し、この帯電微粒子液を上記放電極先端から上記対向電極を通過させて放出する静電霧化装置において、
前記筐体の先端部には、内部が対向電極を位置させている開口部に連通し前記帯電微粒子液を含むイオン風を整流して放出するための放出経路となった筒状体が形成され、
前記筒状体は前記帯電微粒子液により帯電されるものであることを特徴とする静電霧化装置。 - 放電極と、
上記放電極へ液体を供給する液体供給手段と、
上記放電極に対向して配置された対向電極と、
上記放電極を内部に納め、対向電極を支持する筐体と、
上記放電極と対向電極との間に高電圧を印加する電圧印加部とで構成され、
上記高電圧によって放電極に供給された上記液体を放電極の先端において静電霧化させて帯電微粒子液を作り出し、この帯電微粒子液を上記放電極先端から上記対向電極を通過させて放出する静電霧化装置において、
前記筐体の先端部には、外筒と内筒とからなる二重筒構造であって、内部が対向電極を位置させている開口部に連通し前記帯電微粒子液を含むイオン風を整流して放出するための放出経路となった筒状体が形成され、
前記内筒は前記帯電微粒子液により帯電されるものであることを特徴とする静電霧化装置。 - 上記筐体には外部空気を内部に導入する空気導入用の窓部が形成され、上記筐体に上記筒状体を構成する消音ダクトが取付けてあることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
