Description
続いて、本実施の形態の動作について説明する。本実施の形態では、リニヤソレノイド弁10がノーマルロータイプであるため、常態では、リニヤソレノイド弁出力圧×バルブ径+スプリング力より、ライン圧×バルブ径が勝るため、切換弁20のスプールは制御側に位置する。
図2は、本実施の形態に係る自動変速機の油圧制御装置の切換弁が制御側でスティックしてしまった場合の状態を説明するための図である。リニアソレノイド弁10に指示電流が与えられていくと、リニアソレノイド弁10の出力ポート12から出力された油圧は、リニアソレノイド弁10のフィードバックポート13にもフィードバックされ、出力圧Pc(点線)は、所定の勾配で漸増していくが、切換弁20のスプールが制御側に位置したままである。
図3は、本実施の形態に係る自動変速機の油圧制御装置の切換弁がロック側でスティックしてしまった場合の状態を説明するための図である。切換弁20が動作し、スプールがロック側でスティックしてしまうと、フィードバック油路は遮断され、ライン圧PL(破線)が油圧サーボ2に出力される。

Claims (2)
- ライン圧が入力されるリニアソレノイド弁を備え、摩擦係合要素の締結解放を制御する自動変速機の油圧制御装置において、
前記リニアソレノイド弁の出力ポートと、フィードバックポートとの間に切換弁を配設し、
前記出力ポートとフィードバックポートとを連通することによって、前記リニアソレノイド弁に、指令電流に比例した圧を出力させる第1の状態と、
前記フィードバックポートを他の油路と連通し、前記フィードバックポート側から油を排出することによって、前記リニアソレノイド弁を介してライン圧を出力させる第2の状態と、を切り換え可能としたこと、
を特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記切換弁の一端にライン圧を供給する油路と、
前記切換弁の他の一端に、前記リニアソレノイド弁の出力圧を供給する油路と
前記ライン圧及び出力圧の差、及び、前記ライン圧及び出力圧の作用面の差に応じ、前記切換弁をいずれか一方に付勢する付勢手段と、を備え、
少なくとも前記出力ポートからの出力圧によって前記切換弁を動作可能に構成したこと、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
