Claims (1)
- N個(Nは1以上の整数)の発光ダイオードと、リードフレームと、前記N個の発光ダイオードおよび前記リードフレームを封止する透明封止剤とを有するモジュール構成とし、
前記モジュールは、前記N個の発光ダイオードと、前記N個の発光ダイオードを実装したN組の前記リードフレームと、前記発光ダイオードの実装されていない1組以上の前記リードフレームと、前記透明封止剤とからなり、
前記モジュールの2個以上が、一連の前記リードフレームで接続され、
前記発光ダイオードの2つの電極がそれぞれ同一面にある照明装置の製造方法において、
前記発光ダイオードを前記リードフレームに実装する発光ダイオード実装工程と、
前記リードフレームに実装した前記発光ダイオードを前記透明封止剤で封止する発光ダイオード封止工程と、
前記発光ダイオード実装工程と前記発光ダイオード封止工程との間に、少なくとも前記発光ダイオードの発光状態および実装状態を検査する検査工程があり、
前記検査工程で不良と判断された際に、前記リードフレームの前記発光ダイオードが実装されていない場所に新たに発光ダイオードを実装する発光ダイオード再実装工程を有することを特徴とする照明装置の製造方法。
