Claims (2)
- 巻線部を備えたボビンに端子が突設されており、該端子に巻線端末が接続される巻線部品において、
巻線に使用する線材は絶縁被覆された線径0.1mm以下の単線であって、前記端子の根元にボビンと一体で且つ概略小判形の樹脂突起部が形成されており、前記端子は該樹脂突起部の巻線部から離れている方の端部寄りに位置し、前記樹脂突起部は、その周囲の一部を切り欠いて端子側面の一部が突出する形状をなし、それによって前記樹脂突起部に多数回密着した状態で巻き付けられた線材が端子と接触し、巻線部から端子までの単線状態となっている引き出し線部分は前記樹脂突起部の切欠き形成部分側とは反対側に位置し、前記切欠き形成部分側の端部で、端子と線材との接触部分を含めた樹脂突起部の一部が半田ディップされることで、前記端子に巻線端末が半田付け接続されるようにしたことを特徴とする巻線部品。 - 巻線部品が、冷陰極管点灯用のインバータトランスであり、その高圧2次巻線の端子の根元に樹脂突起部が設けられている請求項1記載の巻線部品。
