Description
(b)PAS樹脂(A)の合成後に、例えば、過酸化水素水や次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水溶液のような酸化性の液中で処理する方法等により、PAS樹脂(A)の硫黄部を酸化してスルホン基やスルホキシド基をPAS樹脂(A)の分子内に生成させる方法。
(c)PAS樹脂(A)と、PAS樹脂と反応し、かつ前記官能基を有する化合物あるいはPAS樹脂と反応し反応後に極性基を生じる化合物とを、溶液中で反応させる方法。
(d)PAS樹脂(A)と、PAS樹脂と反応し、かつ前記官能基を有する化合物あるいはPAS樹脂と反応し反応後に極性基を生じる化合物とを、溶融混練法にて反応させる方法。
PAS樹脂のピーク分子量を、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーを用いて、下記の測定条件により6種類の単分散ポリスチレンを校正に用いて測定した。
装置:超高温ポリマー分子量分布測定装置(株式会社センシュー科学製「SSC−7000」)
カラム:UT−805L(昭和電工株式会社製)
カラム温度:210℃
溶媒:1−クロロナフタレン
測定方法:UV検出器(360nm)
PAS樹脂の溶融粘度を、キャビラリーレオメーターを用いて、温度300℃、せん断速度500sec−1の条件で測定した
温度センサー、冷却塔、滴下槽、滴下ポンプ、留出物分離槽を連結した攪拌翼付チタン製反応釜にパラジクロロベンゼン(以下、「p−DCB」と略記する。)1838kg(12.5キロモル)、N−メチルピロリドン(以下、「NMP」と略記する。)4958kg(50キロモル)、水90kg(5.0キロモル)を室温で仕込み、攪拌しながら窒素雰囲気下で100℃まで20分かけて昇温し、系を閉じ、さらに220℃まで40分かけて昇温し、その温度で内圧を0.22MPaにコントロールして、Na2S・xH2O 1500kg、NaSH・yH2O 225kg、水425kgの混合液(Na2S:11.4キロモル、NaSH:3.2キロモル、水分50.3質量%)を3時間かけて滴下した。滴下中は同時に脱水操作を行い、水は系外に除去し、水と共に留出するp−DCBは連続的にオートクレーブに戻した。なお、脱水操作とp−DCBを戻す操作は240℃昇温完了まで行い、昇温完了時に系を密閉した。
製造例1で得たPPS−1と無水マレイン酸とを、PPS−1/無水マレイン酸=99/1(質量比)で均一に混合した後、L/D=52.5のスクリュー径30mmφの2軸押出機を用い、シリンダー設定温度290〜330℃で混練りし、吐出ストランドをペレタイズしてカルボキシル基を有するPPS樹脂(PPS−2)を得た。このPPS−2のピーク分子量は41,500、溶融粘度は220Pa・sであった。
無水マレイン酸の代わりにソルビン酸を用いる以外は、製造例2と同様にしてカルボキシル基を有するPPS樹脂(PPS−3)を得た。このPPS−3のピーク分子量は41,900、溶融粘度は210Pa・sであった。
製造例1で得たPPS−1 100質量部に、金属微粒子(B)として銅微粒子(三井金属鉱業株式会社製;平均粒径0.36μm、球状)0.5質量部と、熱可塑性エラストマー(C)として酸無水物変性エチレンーブテン共重合体(三井化学株式会社製の「タフマー MH−7020」)1質量部と、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂(DIC株式会社製「エピクロン N−695P」)0.5質量部とを添加し、均一に混合した後、L/D=52.5のスクリュー径30mmφの2軸押出機を用い、シリンダー設定温度290〜330℃で混練し、吐出したストランドをペレタイズして、PPS樹脂組成物(1)を得た。
実施例1と同様の方法で、表1〜4に示す組成にしたがって、PPS樹脂組成物(2)〜(16)及び(H1)〜(H11)を得た。また、得られたPPS樹脂組成物について、下記の評価を行った。
実施例1〜16及び比較例1〜11で得たPPS樹脂組成物(1)〜(16)及び(H1)〜(H11)をそれぞれ用いて、インラインスクリュー式射出成型機で、シリンダー温度300℃、金型温度150℃、射出圧力40〜80MPaの条件で射出成形し、両端部がフランジ及びネジ構造で密閉可能な内径22mm、外径28mmの円筒形状の流体配管部材(管継手)を得た。
流体配管部材の中に、空気層を含まないように水中にて水を充填し、両端を密閉した後、水から出して、−20℃の冷凍庫に入れ、2時間放置し、内部の水を完全に凍らせた。なお、サンプル数は10個とした。
−20℃の冷凍庫内で放置した流体配管部材を取り出して、目視で観察して割れの有無を確認した。割れを生じなかったサンプルの数で、下記の基準で耐低温破断性の評価をした。
優:割れを生じなかったサンプルの数が8個以上である。
良:割れを生じなかったサンプルの数が6個以上8個未満である。
不良:割れを生じなかったサンプルの数が6個未満である。
実施例1〜16及び比較例1〜11で得たPPS樹脂組成物(1)〜(16)及び(H1)〜(H11)をそれぞれ用いて、インラインスクリュー式射出成型機で、シリンダー温度300℃、金型温度150℃、射出圧力40〜80MPaの条件で射出成形し、ASTM4号ダンベルを作製した。該ダンベルを用いて、ASTM D2990に準拠して、引張クリープ変形を測定した。
上記の引張クリープ変形の測定において、80℃、20MPa、100時間の引張クリープ変形から、下記の基準で耐高温変形性の評価をした。
優:引張クリープ変形が1.5%以下である。
良:引張クリープ変形が1.5%を超えて2%以下である。
不良:引張クリープ変形が2%を超える。
Cu:銅微粒子(三井金属鉱業株式会社製「1020Y」;平均粒径0.36μm、球状)
Zn:亜鉛微粒子(本荘ケミカル株式会社製「F−2000」;平均粒径4μm、球状)
Ni:ニッケル微粒子(日本アトマイズ加工株式会社製「SFR−Ni」;平均粒径10μm、球状)
Ela:酸無水物変性エチレン−ブテン共重合体(三井化学株式会社製「タフマー MH−7020」)
Silica:球状シリカ(電気化学工業株式会社製「FB−6D」;平均粒径6μm)
GF:ガラス繊維(日本電気硝子社製「T−717H」;繊維径10μm)
ADD−1:クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂(DIC株式会社製「N−695P」)
Claims (4)
- ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)100質量部、銅、ニッケル及び亜鉛からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属種を含む金属微粒子(B)0.1〜8質量部及びカルボキシル基を有するエチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体(C)0.1〜5質量部を含有するポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物を成形して得られる流体配管部材であって、
前記ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)が、カルボキシル基又はカルボキシル基誘導体基を有するものであることを特徴とする流体配管部材。 - ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)100質量部、銅、ニッケル及び亜鉛からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属種を含む金属微粒子(B)0.1〜8質量部及びカルボキシル基を有するエチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体(C)0.1〜5質量部を含有するポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物を成形して得られる流体配管部材であって、
前記ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂組成物が、ポリアリーレンスルフィド樹脂(A)100質量部に対してエポキシ樹脂を0.1〜1質量部含有することを特徴とする流体配管部材。 - 前記金属微粒子(B)とカルボキシル基を有するエチレン−α−オレフィン共重合体(C)との質量比率[(B)/(C)]が、10/90〜65/35の範囲である請求項1又は2記載の流体配管部材。
- 前記金属微粒子(B)の平均粒径が20μm以下である請求項1又は2記載の流体配管部材。
