Claims (20)
- ZnOが層間に充填されたクレイを含む担体と、
前記担体に担持されたCuOを含有した活性物質と、
を含み、
一酸化炭素と水分との反応によって水素ガスに混入している一酸化炭素濃度を低減させる反応に用いられることを特徴とする、燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒。 - 前記CuOの担持量は、20質量%〜40質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒。
- 前記CuOの担持量は、25質量%〜30質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒。
- 前記水性ガス転換触媒は、
ZnOを20質量%〜40質量%含み、
前記CuOを20質量%〜40質量%含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒。 - ZnOおよびCuOが層間に充填されたクレイを含み、
一酸化炭素と水分との反応によって水素ガスに混入している一酸化炭素濃度を低減させる反応に用いられることを特徴とする、燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒。 - 前記水性ガス転換触媒は、
前記ZnOを20質量%〜40質量%含み、
前記CuOを20質量%〜40質量%含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒。 - 一酸化炭素と水分との反応によって水素ガスに混入している一酸化炭素濃度を低減させる反応に用いられる燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法であって、
Zn化合物溶液にクレイを添加し、
得られたZnとクレイの混合物に塩基を添加して加水分解し、
加水分解生成物を乾燥して担体を製造し、
前記担体をCu前駆体溶液に添加して混合物を製造し、
前記混合物をか焼する
工程を含むことを特徴とする、燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。 - 前記Zn化合物は、硝酸亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、塩化亜鉛またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。
- 前記クレイは、パイロフィライト−タルク、モンモリロナイト、ヘクトライト、フルオロヘクトライト、サポーナイト、カオリナイト、バーミキュライト、イライト、マイカ、ブリトルマイカまたはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。
- 前記Zn化合物溶液は、前記クレイ1gに対してZnが1×10−3〜5×10−3Mになるように調節されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。
- 前記Zn化合物溶液は、前記クレイ1gに対してZnが2×10−3〜3×10−3Mになるように調節されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。
- 前記塩基の添加量は、前記Zn1Mに対して1M〜1.2Mに調節されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。
- 前記か焼工程は、300℃〜500℃で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。
- 前記Cu前駆体は、硝酸銅、酢酸銅、塩化銅またはこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置用水性ガス転換触媒の製造方法。
- 熱エネルギーによる改質触媒反応によって、燃料から水素ガスを発生させる改質反応部と、一酸化炭素と水分との反応によって前記水素ガスに含有されている一酸化炭素の濃度を低減させる少なくとも一つの一酸化炭素低減部と、を備え、ZnOが層間に充填されたクレイを含む担体および前記担体に担持されたCuOを含む活性物質を含み、一酸化炭素と水分との反応によって水素ガスに混入している一酸化炭素濃度を低減させる反応に用いられる水性ガス転換触媒を含む改質装置と、
前記水素ガスと酸素の電気化学的な反応によって、電気エネルギーを発生させる少なくとも一つの電気発生部と、
前記燃料を前記改質反応部に供給する燃料供給部と、
酸素を前記電気発生部に供給する酸素供給部と、
前記改質反応部に供給される燃料を前記一酸化炭素低減部に循環させて、前記一酸化炭素低減部で発生する熱を冷却させる冷却装置と、
を含むことを特徴とする、燃料電池システム。 - 前記CuOの担持量は、20質量%〜40質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記CuOの担持量は、25質量%〜30質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記水性ガス転換触媒は、
ZnOを20質量%〜40質量%含み、
前記CuOを20質量%〜40質量%含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 熱エネルギーによる改質触媒反応によって、燃料から水素ガスを発生させる改質反応部と、一酸化炭素と水分との反応によって前記水素ガスに含有されている一酸化炭素の濃度を低減させる少なくとも一つの一酸化炭素低減部を備え、ZnOおよびCuOが層間に充填されたクレイを含み、一酸化炭素と水分との反応によって水素ガスに混入している一酸化炭素濃度を低減させる反応に用いられる水性ガス転換触媒を含む改質装置と、
前記水素ガスと酸素の電気化学的な反応によって、電気エネルギーを発生させる少なくとも一つの電気発生部と、
前記燃料を前記改質反応部に供給する燃料供給部と、
酸素を前記電気発生部に供給する酸素供給部と、
前記改質反応部に供給される燃料を前記一酸化炭素低減部に循環させて、前記一酸化炭素低減部で発生する熱を冷却させる冷却装置と、
を含むことを特徴とする、燃料電池システム。 - 前記水性ガス転換触媒は、
ZnOを20質量%〜40質量%含み、
前記CuOを20質量%〜40質量%含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の燃料電池システム。
