Description
Claims (5)
- 電池制御部(BMS)又は車輌制御装置を通じて電池パック連結回路のリレーに制御信号用電源を印加するステップと、
前記電池パック連結回路のプリチャージ抵抗から電流又は電圧を検出するステップと、 前記検出された値が前記電池パックの正常範囲内であるか否かを判断するために、前記検出された電流又は電圧を電池制御部のメモリ部に予め保存された標準対応情報と比べるステップと、
前記判断の結果として、前記検出された値が正常範囲内であれば正常な充電作業を行い、そうでなければ前記電池パック連結回路のプリチャージリレーをオフさせるステップと、
前記プリチャージリレーの累積オフ回数が予め設定されたプリチャージリレーの許容オフ回数以内であるか否かを判断し、前記累積オフ回数が前記許容オフ回数以内であれば、前記電池制御部と電気的に接続される警告手段を通じて運転手に警告信号を提供し、前記累積オフ回数が前記許容オフ回数を超過すれば、前記電池パックの運用を遮断するステップと、
を含むHEV及びEVのための電池パック管理方法。 - 前記判断ステップを通じて得られた測定値と前記標準対応情報との各比較結果は、メモリ部に保存される請求項1に記載のHEV及びEVのための電池パック管理方法。
- 前記プリチャージリレーをオフさせるステップにおいて、前記プリチャージリレーがオフされれば、該プリチャージリレーから車輌のモータ部に印加される過電流又は過電圧が遮断され、該モータ部内の平滑キャパシタが保護される請求項1に記載のHEV及びEVのための電池パック管理方法。
- 前記警告手段は、表示ランプ又はスピーカである請求項1に記載のHEV及びEVのための電池パック管理方法。
- 前記表示ランプは、車輌のダッシュボードに備えられる請求項4に記載のHEV及びEVのための電池パック管理方法。
