Claims (20)
- 車両(1)のエネルギー貯蔵システム(7)を充電する間における誤りを検出する方法であって、
前記車両(1)は、前記車両(1)を推進するべく構成された電機(3)を備え、
− 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)の外部電力供給源(11)への接続(19)に応じ、車両制御装置(8)により、前記外部電力供給源(11)からの充電パターンを要求すること(20);及び、
− 前記外部電力供給源(11)の一部を構成する外部充電制御装置(17)により、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)に前記充電パターンを供給すること(22);を含む方法において、
前記方法が、
− 要求された充電パターンの予め定められた調整をもたらすこと(21);

前記調整は、前記車両制御装置によって制御できるとともに前記外部電力供給源からの供給が要求される充電電流の予め定められた変化を指すものである

- − 前記充電が誤りである場合に警告信号をもたらすこと、を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- − 前記充電が誤りである場合に前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)を前記外部電力供給源(11)から分離すること、を含む請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- − 前記車両制御装置(8)のハイブリッド制御装置(13)と前記外部充電制御装置(17)との間のワイヤレス接続(18)を介して前記充電パターンを要求すること、を含む請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- − 前記車両制御装置(8)における充電電流の測定によって、前記充電パターンが前記予め定められた調整を含んでいるかどうかを評価すること、を含む請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- − 前記外部電力供給源(11)における前記充電パターンに関する充電電流の測定値をもたらすとともに、前記車両制御装置(8)における対応する充電電流の測定値と比較すること、を含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 車両(1)を推進するべく構成された電機(3)を備える車両(1)においてエネルギー貯蔵システム(7)を充電する間の誤りを検出する構造であって、
前記構造が、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)の外部電力供給源(11)に対する接続に応じて前記外部電力供給源(11)からの充電パターンを要求するべく構成されたハイブリッド制御装置(13)を備える車両制御装置(8)を更に備え、
かつ前記外部電力供給源(11)が、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)に前記充電パターンを供給するべく構成された外部充電制御装置(17)を有している、
構造において、
前記ハイブリッド制御装置(13)が、前記要求された充電パターンの予め定められた調整を適用するための調整装置(13a)と、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)に供給される充電パターンが前記予め定められた調整を含んでいるかどうかを判定する評価装置(13b)とを有しており、
かつ、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)に供給される充電パターンが前記予め定められた調整を含んでいない場合に、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)の前記充電が誤りであることを示し、
前記調整は、前記車両制御装置によって制御できるとともに前記外部電力供給源からの供給が要求される充電電流の予め定められた変化を指すものである
前記構造。 - 前記調整装置(13a)は、前記充電パターンで供給される充電電流の周波数あるいは振幅の予め定められた一時的な変更の形態で前記調整をもたらすべく構成されている、請求項9に記載の構造。
- 前記調整装置(13a)は、前記充電パターンで供給される充電電流に一時的に重畳される付加的な信号要素の形態で前記調整をもたらすべく構成されている、請求項9に記載の構造。
- 前記評価装置(13b)は、前記充電が誤りであるとみなされる場合に警告信号をもたらすべく構成されている、請求項9乃至11のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記車両制御装置(8)は、前記充電が誤りであるとみなされる場合に前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)を前記外部電力供給源(11)から分離すべく構成されている、請求項9乃至12のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記ハイブリッド制御装置(13)と前記外部充電制御装置(17)との間に通信リンク(18)を備えている、請求項9乃至13のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記通信リンク(18)がワイヤレスである、請求項14に記載の構造。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)と前記外部電力供給源(11)との間に誘導性あるいは導電性の接続素子(9、10)を備えている、請求項9乃至15のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)が再充電可能電池装置を含んでいる、請求項9乃至16のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記評価装置(13b)は、充電電流の測定値によって、前記充電パターンが前記予め定められた調整を含んでいるかどうかを評価するべく構成されている、請求項9乃至17のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記外部電力供給源(11)は、前記充電パターンに関連する充電電流の測定値をもたらすとともに、これを、前記評価装置(13b)における対応する充電電流の測定値と比較するべく構成されている、請求項18に記載の構造。
- プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車のタイプの車両(1)であって、
電機(3)を備えるとともに、請求項9乃至19のいずれかに記載した構造を更に備える車両。
