Description
i)所定の周波数及び/又は振幅を有する概ね連続する信号;

i)車両の現在位置;
ii)車両の移動の何らかの発生;
iii)車両の識別情報;
iv)電気貯蔵システムの電気的な分離;
v)車両の高圧構成部品における接点要素の状態;
vi)充電電流;
vii)充電電圧;及び、
viii)接続要素の温度。
i)車両(1)の現在位置;
ii)車両(1)の移動の何らかの発生;
iii)車両(1)の識別情報;
iv)電気貯蔵システム(7)の電気的な分離;
v)車両の高圧構成部品における接点要素の状態;
vi)充電電流;
vii)充電電圧;及び、
viii)接続要素の温度。
i)その充電パターンでエネルギー貯蔵システムに供給される充電電流の周波数、振幅あるいは波形を一時的に変更すること;
ii)ハイブリッド制御装置13の検出器によって検出できる予め定められた振幅あるいは周波数の、又は予め定められた波形を含む充電電流に対して、少なくとも一時的に信号成分を重畳しあるいは追加すること;
iii)さもなければ、ハイブリッド制御装置13によって検出可能なやり方で充電パターンを変更しあるいは変調させること、
によって実施することができる。

Claims (18)
- その車両(1)を推進すべく構成された電気機械(3)を備える車両(1)のエネルギー貯蔵システム(7)の充電を制御する方法であって、
− 接続要素(9、10)を介して前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)が外部電源(11)に接続されると充電を開始すること;及び、
− 前記充電に関するデータを含む制御信号を前記車両(1)から前記外部電源(11)へと無線伝送リンク(18)により送信すること;
を含む方法において、
前記方法が、
− 車両制御装置(8)において、前記データのうちの少なくとも一つのパラメータが予め定められたパラメータ値から逸脱しているかどうかを判定すると共に、これが事実の場合に、前記制御信号の送信を停止させること;
− 前記外部電源(11)において、前記制御信号が受信されているかどうかを評価すること;及び、
− 前記制御信号を受信しない場合に前記充電を終了すること;
を更に含んでおり、
− 前記充電に関連する前記データが:
i)前記車両(1)の現在位置;
ii)前記車両(1)の移動の何らかの発生;
iii)前記車両(1)の識別情報;
iv)電気貯蔵システム(7)の電気的な分離;
v)前記車両の高圧構成部品における接点要素の状態;
vi)充電電流;
vii)充電電圧;及び、
viii)前記接続要素の温度;
のパラメータのうちの少なくとも一つに関連した情報を含んでおり、
前記少なくとも一つのパラメータが予め定められた値から逸脱した場合に前記制御信号の送信を停止させる、方法。 - − 前記車両(1)の無線送信機ユニット(13a)により送信される変調された無線信号の形態で前記制御信号を送信すること;及び、
− 前記外部電源(11)の無線受信機ユニット(17a)により前記制御信号を受信すること、
を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - − 無線短距離無線網により前記無線信号を送信しかつ受信すること、
を含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - − 前記変調された無線信号の搬送波が中断したかどうかを検出すること、かつ、これが事実の場合;
− 前記充電を停止させること、
を含む請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 - 前記制御信号が、
i)所定の周波数及び/又は振幅を有する概ね連続する信号;
ii)予め定められたパルス幅及び/又は振幅を有する概ねパルス形状の信号;及び、
iii)i)あるいはii)に定義される信号と予め定められた長さの休止期間を含む反復シーケンス、
のうちの少なくとも一つの形態で送信される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記車両(1)の移動の何らかの発生に対応する前記パラメータは、前記車両(1)、あるいはそのいずれかの部分が、予め定められた領域あるいは区間の範囲内に位置するかどうかを検出手段が検出することによって決定される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- − 前記制御信号が受信されていないことにより前記充電が停止された場合に警報を発すること、
を含む請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - − 前記制御信号の予め定められた変調を与えること;
− 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)に供給された前記充電が前記予め定められた変調を含んでいるかどうかを評価すること、かつ、そうでない場合に、
− 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)の前記充電にエラーがあると表示すること、
を含む請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。 - − 前記充電が終了された場合に前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)を前記外部電源(11)から分離すること、
を含む請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - その車両(1)を推進すべく構成された電気機械(3)を備える車両(1)のエネルギー貯蔵システム(7)の充電を制御する構造であって、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)が接続要素(9、10)を介してその外部電源(11)に接続されると充電を開始するように構成された外部電源(11)、前記車両(1)から前記外部電源(11)までの前記充電に関連するデータを含んでいる制御信号を無線送信するための送信機ユニット(13)が配置された送信機ユニット(13a)及び無線受信機ユニット(17a)、を備える構造において、前記構造は、車両制御装置(8)において、前記データのうちの少なくとも一つのパラメータが予め定められたパラメータ値から逸脱しているかどうかを判定し、かつ、これが事実の場合、前記制御信号の送信を停止させ、前記外部電源(11)において、前記制御信号が前記無線受信機ユニット(17a)において受信されているかどうかを評価すると共に、前記制御信号が受信されていない場合に前記充電を停止するように構成され、前記充電に関連する前記データが、
i)前記車両(1)の現在位置;
ii)前記車両(1)の移動の何らかの発生;
iii)前記車両(1)の識別情報;
iv)電気貯蔵システム(7)の電気的な分離;
v)前記車両の高圧構成部品における接点要素の状態;
vi)充電電流;
vii)充電電圧;及び、
viii)前記接続要素の温度;
のパラメータのうちの少なくとも一つに関連する情報を含んでおり、前記少なくとも一つのパラメータが予め定められた値から逸脱した場合に前記制御信号の送信を停止させる、構造。 - 変調された無線信号の形態の前記制御信号を送るための無線送信機ユニット(13a)、及び、前記制御信号を受信するための前記外部電源(11)の無線受信機ユニット(17a)、を備えている請求項10に記載の構造。
- 前記無線送信機ユニット(13a)及び無線受信機ユニット(17a)が無線短距離無線網の一部を構成する、請求項11に記載の構造。
- ハイブリッド制御装置(13)は、前記制御信号の予め定められた変調を与える変調ユニット(13b);及び、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)に供給される前記充電が前記予め定められた変調を含んでいるかどうかを判定する評価ユニット(13c)、を備え、かつ、そうでない場合に、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)の前記充電にエラーがあると表示する、請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 充電制御装置(17)は、前記制御信号が受信されていないことにより前記充電が停止された場合に警報を発するように構成されている、請求項10乃至13のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記充電制御装置(17)は、前記充電が停止された場合に、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)を前記外部電源(11)から分離させるように構成されている、請求項14に記載の構造。
- 前記接続要素(9、10)は、前記車両及び前記外部電源にそれぞれ関連する導電性のあるいは誘導性の接続要素により構成されている、請求項10乃至15のいずれかに記載の構造。
- 前記接続要素(9、10)が、前記車両(1)上のパンタグラフ(9)を含んでいる、請求項16に記載の構造。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(7)がバッテリユニットを含んでいる、請求項10乃至17のいずれかに記載の構造。
