Description
Claims (8)
- 電気駆動部と前記電気駆動部に電源を供給するバッテリーパックとを連結するリレーのターンオフを制御する装置であって、
前記バッテリーパックと前記電気駆動部との間に流れる残留電流を測定して出力する電流測定部と、
前記リレーをターンオフさせるべき状況を受信し、前記リレーをターンオフさせるべき状況を受信すれば、前記残留電流の測定値の入力を受けて残留電流に関する参照値と比べ、その比較結果に応じて、前記残留電流の測定値が前記参照値より小さければ前記リレーをターンオフさせ、前記残留電流の測定値が前記参照値より大きければ前記リレーのオン状態を維持する制御部とを含んでなることを特徴とする、リレー制御装置。 - 前記制御部が、前記リレーのオン状態の維持時間が最大待機時間を超えれば、前記リレーを強制的にターンオフさせることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 前記残留電流に関する参照値を保存するメモリ部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のリレー制御装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れ一項に記載のリレー制御装置を備えてなる、バッテリー制御システム。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のリレー制御装置を備えてなる、バッテリーパック。
- 電気駆動部と前記電気駆動部に電源を供給するバッテリーパックとを連結するリレーのターンオフを制御する方法であって、
前記リレーをターンオフさせる状況を感知する段階と、
前記バッテリーパックと前記電気駆動部との間に流れる残留電流を測定する段階と、
前記残留電流の測定値を参照値と比べる段階と、
前記比較結果に応じて、前記残留電流の測定値が前記参照値より小さければ前記リレーをターンオフさせ、前記残留電流の測定値が前記参照値より大きければ前記リレーのオン状態を維持する段階とを含んでなることを特徴とするリレー制御方法。 - 前記比較段階及び前記制御段階が、バッテリー制御システムによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリレー制御方法。
- 前記ターンオフ状況感知段階が、前記バッテリーパックの使用終了信号を感知する段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のリレー制御方法。
