- FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method of shutting off power when an electric vehicle is stopped according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- start OFF signal is input (S510)
- start OFF is applied to each part.
- the VCM 110 After the start OFF signal is applied, the VCM 110 allows the current value to be measured through the current sensor 144, and the current sensor 144 inputs the measured current value to the VCM 110 (S520).
- the VCM 110 determines whether a current value input from the current sensor 144 is equal to or less than a specific value (for example, 1A) (S530).
- each part stops the operation. Since the VCM 110 takes time to stop each additional operation, turn off the PRA 140 to immediately turn off the power. Instead of blocking, it waits for a predetermined time.
- the VCM 110 receives a current value flowing through the second main contact relay (+) 142 through the current sensor 144, and the second main contact relay when the current value is less than or equal to a specific value.
- the signal is applied to the (main contact relay (+)) 142 to be turned off (S540).

- the voltage value is compared with a predetermined reference value (S550).
- the second main contact relay 142 is normally turned off (S560). If the voltage value is greater than or equal to the reference value, the second main contact relay 142 is still in an ON state and is controlled to be turned off (S540).
- the VCM 110 controls the second main contact relay (+). After a predetermined time after the 142 is turned off (S570), a signal is applied to the first main contact relay (-) 143 to apply a signal to the first main contact relay (-). (143) to be turned off (S580).

- the reference temperature is a criterion for determining whether the precharge relay 141 is damaged. Since the precharge resistor is damaged when the predetermined temperature is higher than or equal to the predetermined temperature, the first resistor through which the same overcurrent flows is also damaged when the relay is damaged due to overcurrent. Based on the possibility of breakage of the precharge resistor, it may be determined whether the precharge relay 141 is broken.

- the PRA check mode is a test mode for confirming whether switching control is normally performed for a plurality of relays included in the PRA 140.
- the control unit 110 repeats the test of the plurality of relays of the PRA 140 and the start-up and restart (key cycle) and maintains the PRA check mode.
- the controller 110 releases the PRA check mode (S750). If an abnormality occurs during the test, the controller 110 repeats the start-off and restart as described above. The PRA check mode is maintained and repeated until the PRA check mode is released (S740 and S750).
- the controller 110 releases the PRA check mode and sets the PRA diagnosis mode (S760).

- the controller 110 maintains normal driving, and continuously compares the control signal and the feedback signal as described above until the end of the operation (S770 and S780).
- control unit 110 determines that the PRA diagnostic failure (S790), outputs a warning (S800), the relay of the PRA 140 is not normally switched This means that there is an error in the power supply so that the vehicle stops (S810).

Perform control.
- the controller 110 may output a predetermined warning based on the PRA check mode through the interface unit 180.
- the controller 110 applies an arbitrary control signal to the PRA 140 regardless of vehicle driving, and the PRA 140 switches a relay corresponding to the control signal. In addition, the switching operation relay inputs a feedback signal to the controller 110.

- the controller 110 increases the count for releasing the PRA check mode by one (S860).
- the controller 110 determines whether the count value is greater than or equal to the reference value with respect to the count for the increased mode release (S890).
- the controller 110 maintains the PRA check mode, and starts again after the start-off (S940) (S820).
- control unit 110 After restarting, the control unit 110 applies an arbitrary control signal to the PRA 140, and then compares the feedback signal with the feedback signal to determine whether it is matched, increments the count if it matches, and compares the count value with the reference value. (S820 to S890).
- the controller 110 releases the PRA check mode (S900).
- the controller 110 sets the PRA diagnosis mode and monitors the switching control of the PRA while driving normally as described above (S910). In this case, it is possible to drive in the PRA diagnostic mode after restart if necessary.
- control unit 110 After the control unit 110 applies an arbitrary control signal to the PRA 140 and the control signal and the feedback signal do not match, the control unit 110 counts the number of times due to the mismatch.
- the controller 110 determines whether the number of inconsistencies is greater than or equal to the reference number of times (S920), and if it is less than the reference number of times, maintains the PRA check mode, restarts (S920) and restarts the control signal and the feedback signal. Comparison is made (S830 to S850).
- the controller 110 determines that the PRA 140 is damaged or abnormal and cannot operate normally.
- the PRA 140 outputs a warning indicating that repair and vehicle driving are impossible (S930).
- the PRA check mode the PRA is randomly controlled and the control signal and the feedback signal are repeated a plurality of times so that the electric vehicle can recheck a predetermined number of times even if the switching control of the PRA is normal.
- the count value according to the number of times is equal to or more than the reference value, it is determined that the PRA 140 operates normally, so that the PRA check mode is released and normal driving is performed.
