尚、ここでのCOP樹脂は、中間層(樹脂A)のそれと同種でも異種でもよいが、同種であるのが好ましい。
STIFFNESS TESTERを用いて測定した。資料10点を測定し、その平均値の値をmNで示した。55〜62mNが適正である。
<中間層用樹脂A>
APEL(登録商標)8009T)8質量%との樹脂組成物である。
<表裏層用樹脂B>、
APEL(登録商標)8009T)68質量%と、1−へキセンを共重合成分とするLLDPE(三井化学株式会社製 エボリュ−SP2320、メタロセン触媒)32質量%と、該両樹脂100質量部に対して合成シリカ(三井化学株式会社製 EAZ−10)0.08質量%を加えた樹脂組成物である。
APEL(登録商標)8008T)8質量%との樹脂組成物である。
APEL8008T)68質量%と、1−へキセンを共重合成分とするLLDPE(三井化学株式会社製 エボリュ−(登録商標)SP1520、メタロセン触媒)32質量%と、該両樹脂100質量部に対して合成シリカ(三井化学株式会社製 EAZ−10)0.08質量%との樹脂組成物である。
(比較例2)
APEL8009T)93質量%と、1−へキセンを共重合成分とするLLDPE樹脂(三井化学株式会社製 エボリュ−(登録商標)SP2320、メタロセン触媒)7質量%と、該両樹脂100質量部に対して合成シリカ(三井化学株式会社製 EAZ−10)0.6質量%との樹脂組成物を使用する以外は、実施例1と同一条件にて、印刷済み3層熱収縮性フィルムを得た。以下コートフイルム、スリットフイルム、長尺チュ−ブ状フイルムを得た。チュ−ブ状フイルムを2次電池へ被せるように嵌め、熱収縮させ、包装2次電池を得た。得られた包装電池について、実施例1と同様に各項目について測定し、結果を表1にまとめた。
(比較例3)
APEL8009T)48質量%と、1−へキセンを共重合成分とするLLDPE樹脂(三井化学株式会社製 エボリュ−(登録商標)SP2320、メタロセン触媒)52質量%と、該両樹脂100質量部に対して合成シリカ(三井化学株式会社製 EAZ−10)0.6質量%との樹脂組成物を使用する以外は、実施例1と同一条件にて、印刷済み3層熱収縮フイルムを得た。以下コートフイルム、スリットフイルム、長尺チュ−ブ状フイルム、2次電池1個分のチュ−ブ状フイルムを得た。チュ−ブ状フイルムを2次電池へ被せるように嵌め、熱収縮させ、包装2次電池を得た。得られた包装電池について、実施例1と同様に各項目について測定し、結果を表1にまとめた。
(比較例4)
APEL(登録商標)8009T)3質量%との樹脂組成物を使用する以外は実施例1と同一条件にて、まず印刷済み3層熱収縮フイルムを得た。以下コートフイルム、スリットフイルム、長尺チュ−ブ状フイルム、2次電池1個分のチュ−ブ状フイルムを得た。チュ−ブ状フイルムを2次電池へ被せるように嵌め、熱収縮させ、包装2次電池を得た。得られた包装電池について、実施例1と同様に各項目について測定し、結果を表1にまとめた。
(比較例5)
APEL(登録商標)8009T)50質量%との樹脂組成物を使用する以外は実施例1と同一条件にて、まず印刷済み3層熱収縮フイルムを得た。以下コートフイルム、スリットフイルム、長尺チュ−ブ状フイルム、2次電池1個分のチュ−ブ状フイルムを得た。チュ−ブ状フイルムを2次電池へ被せるように嵌め、熱収縮させ、包装2次電池を得た。得られた包装電池について、実施例1と同様に各項目について測定し、結果を表1にまとめた。
今回開示された実施例はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (20)
- 中間層と、
前記中間層を挟むように設けられた表面層と裏面層と、
前記表面層の上に設けられたオーバコート層とを備え、
前記中間層は、エチレンと他のα−オレフィンとのランダム共重合体又はプロピレンと他のα−オレフィンとのランダム共重合体と、第1の環状オレフィン系樹脂とを含み、
前記表面層および裏面層はそれぞれ第2の環状オレフィン系樹脂と直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂とを含み、
前記中間層には、ブレンド用樹脂として、POE樹脂及び石油樹脂が添加されており、
前記POE樹脂は、当該フィルムの腰の強さが55〜62mNになるように、前記ランダム共重合体100質量部に対して10〜20質量部添加されている、包装電池用多層熱収縮性フィルム。 - 前記中間層において、前記ランダム共重合体は95〜55質量%含まれ、前記第1の環状オレフィン系樹脂は5〜45質量%含まれ、
前記表面層および裏面層のそれぞれにおいて、前記第2の環状オレフィン系樹脂は55〜90質量%含まれ、前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂は45〜10質量%含まれる請求項1に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。 - 前記α―オレフィンは、炭素数2〜12のα−オレフィンである請求項1に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記オーバコート層は、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂またはナイロン樹脂で形成される、請求項1に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記オーバコート層は、アクリル系樹脂で形成される、請求項4に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記中間層は、前記表面層および裏面層よりも厚く形成される請求項1に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 全体の厚みは、30〜80μmにされる請求項1に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記オーバコート層の厚みは、0.2〜2.0μmである請求項1に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記オーバコート層の厚みは、0.5〜1.5μmである請求項8に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 当該多層熱収縮性フィルムは、平坦な多層熱収縮性フィルムが前記オーバコート層が外側になるように、かつ両端部が互いに重なるように折り曲げられてチューブを形成しており、重なった部分が溶剤によってシールされている請求項1に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 電池の上面に形成された正極部分と底面負極の一部分を残して全体が多層熱収縮性フィルムで包装されてなる電池であって、
前記多層熱収縮性フィルムは、中間層と、該中間層を挟むように設けられた表面層と裏面層と、前記表面層の上に設けられたオーバコート層とを備え、
前記中間層は、エチレンと他のα−オレフィンとのランダム共重合体又はプロピレンと他のα−オレフィンとのランダム共重合体と、第1の環状オレフィン系樹脂とを含み、
前記表面層および裏面層は、それぞれ第2の環状オレフィン系樹脂と直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂とを含み、
前記中間層には、ブレンド用樹脂として、POE樹脂及び石油樹脂が添加されており、
前記POE樹脂は、当該フィルムの腰の強さが55〜62mNになるように、前記ランダム共重合体100質量部に対して10〜20質量部添加されており、
前記多層熱収縮性フィルムは、前記オーバコート層が外側になるように、チューブの形状に加工されており、
前記多層熱収縮性フィルムのチューブを前記電池に被せるように嵌め、熱収縮させている、包装電池。 - 前記多層熱収縮性フィルムは、平坦な多層熱収縮性フィルムが、前記オーバコート層が外側になるように、かつその両端部が互いに重なるように折り曲げられてチューブを形成しており、重なった部分が溶剤によってシールされている請求項11に記載の包装電池。
- 前記中間層において、前記ランダム共重合体は95〜55質量%含まれ、前記第1の環状オレフィン系樹脂は5〜45質量%含まれ、
前記表面層および裏面層のそれぞれにおいて、前記第2の環状オレフィン系樹脂は55〜90質量%含まれ、前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂は45〜10質量%含まれる請求項11に記載の包装電池。 - 前記α―オレフィンは、炭素数2〜12のα−オレフィンである請求項11に記載の包装電池。
- 前記オーバコート層は、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂またはナイロン樹脂で形成される、請求項11に記載の包装電池。
- 前記オーバコート層は、アクリル系樹脂で形成される、請求項15に記載の包装電池。
- 前記中間層は、前記表面層および裏面層よりも厚く形成される請求項11に記載の包装電池。
- 前記オーバコート層の厚みは、0.2〜2.0μmである請求項11に記載の包装電池。
- 前記オーバコート層の厚みは、0.5〜1.5μmである請求項18に記載の多層熱収縮性フィルム。
- 前記電池は二次電池である請求項11に記載の包装電池。
