Claims (9)
- 負荷部に外部から電力を供給する電源ケーブル、および、前記電源ケーブルを媒体にして情報の送受信を行う負荷側制御部から構成される負荷手段と、
前記負荷手段に電力を供給する電源部、前記電源ケーブルを媒体にして情報の送受信を行う供給側制御部、前記負荷手段の認証を行う認証部、および、供給した電力量を計測する電力量計測部を有する電力供給手段とから構成され、
前記負荷手段が電力供給を受けたときに、
前記負荷側制御部が、利用者情報を前記電源ケーブルを介して前記供給側制御部に送信し、
前記供給側制御部が、送信された前記利用者情報を用いて前記認証部により認証を行い、前記利用者情報が認証されたときは、前記電力量計測部により供給された電力量を計測し、前記利用者情報が認証されなかったときは、前記電源部を停止するように構成される電力供給システムであって、
前記電力供給手段が、前記電源ケーブルが接続されたことを検出するコンセント挿抜検出部を有し、
前記電源部が、前記負荷側制御部を作動させるための電力を供給する第1電源部と、前記負荷部に電力を供給する第2電源部とから構成され、
前記電力量計測部が、前記第2電源部から供給される電力量を計測するように構成され、
前記供給側制御部が、
前記コンセント挿抜検出部により前記電源ケーブルが接続されたことが検出されたときに、前記第1電源部を起動し、
前記利用者情報が認証されたときに、前記第2電源部を起動し、
前記コンセント挿抜検出部により前記電源ケーブルが切断されたことが検出されたときに、前記第1および第2電源部を停止するように構成されたことを特徴とする電力供給システム。 - 前記負荷手段および前記電力供給手段が、それぞれPLCモデムを有し、前記PLCモデムにより前記電源ケーブルに電力線搬送信号を入出力して前記情報の送受信を行うように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力供給システム。
- 前記供給側制御部が、所定の時間内に前記利用者情報を前記負荷側制御部から受信しないときに、前記電源部を停止するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力供給システム。
- 前記供給側制御部が、前記利用者情報が認証されたときに、認証情報を前記負荷側制御部に送信するように構成され、
前記負荷手段が、前記負荷部と前記電源ケーブルとを断続するスイッチ部を有し、
前記負荷側制御部が、前記供給側制御部から前記認証情報を受け取ったときに、前記スイッチ部を接続して、前記電源ケーブルと前記負荷部とを接続するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記電力供給手段が、前記電源ケーブルが接続されたことを検出するコンセント挿抜検出部を有し、
前記供給側制御部が、
前記コンセント挿抜検出部により前記電源ケーブルが接続されたことを検出したときに、前記電源部を起動し、
前記コンセント挿抜検出部により前記電源ケーブルが切断されたことを検出したときに、前記電源部を停止するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記電力供給手段が、前記電源ケーブルが接続されたことを検出するコンセント挿抜検出部を有し、
前記電源部が、前記負荷側制御部を作動させるための電力を供給する第1電源部と、前記負荷部に電力を供給する第2電源部とから構成され、
前記電力量計測部が、前記第2電源部から供給される電力量を計測するように構成され、
前記電源ケーブルが、前記第1電源部を前記負荷側制御部に接続する第1ケーブルと、前記第2電源部を前記負荷部に接続する第2ケーブルとから構成され、
前記供給側制御部が、
前記コンセント挿抜検出部により前記電源ケーブルが接続されたことを検出したときに、前記第1電源部を起動し、
前記利用者情報が認証されたときに、前記第2電源部を起動し、
前記コンセント挿抜検出手段により前記電源ケーブルが切断されたことを検出したときに、前記第1および第2電源部を停止するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1
〜4のいずれかに記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記電力供給手段が、前記電力量を記憶する利用履歴部を有し、
前記コンセント挿抜検出部により前記電源ケーブルが切断されたことを検出したときに、前記供給側制御部が、前記電力量計測部で計測された前記電力量を前記利用履歴部に記憶するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記負荷手段が、
前記負荷部が充電部により充電されるバッテリで構成された電気自動車のバッテリユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電力供給システム。 - 前記負荷手段が、
前記負荷側制御部を有して前記負荷部により駆動される携帯端末と、前記負荷側PLCモデムおよび前記電源ケーブルを有して前記負荷部に電力を供給するACアダプタとから構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電力供給システム。
