Claims (5)
- 成形および焼結された希土類磁石または希土類磁石材料を、ケース部とフタ部を含みアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を含んでなるケースで覆うステップと、
HIP処理の温度が、該アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の融点の0.6倍以上、融点以下であるHIP処理により該ケース部と該フタ部を接合して該ケースを密封するステップと、
密封された該ケースをアルマイト処理又は機械加工するステップ
を含む、該ケース内への水素ガスの侵入を防ぐことができる希土類磁石密封体の製造方法。 - 前記HIP処理の温度が、500〜600℃である請求項1に記載の希土類磁石密封体の製造方法。
- 前記希土類磁石が、R−Co系またはR−Fe−B系の希土類磁石(Rは、希土類金属である。)である請求項1または請求項2に記載の希土類磁石密封体の製造方法。
- 前記ケースで覆う際の前記希土類磁石または希土類磁石材料の酸素濃度が、100〜10000ppmである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の希土類磁石密封体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4に記載の方法で得られた希土類磁石密封体を、ロータヨークの開口部に挿入するIPMモータの製造方法。
