Description
Claims (10)
- 建設機械であって、
少なくとも1つの不平衡質量が配置されている振動機と、
前記振動機を駆動する少なくとも1つの油圧駆動装置と、
前記油圧駆動装置に油圧油を供給するための油圧回路と、
前記油圧回路から分岐し、前記振動機に油圧油を潤滑剤として供給する少なくとも1本の潤滑剤補給ラインと、
前記潤滑剤補給ラインに設置され、前記振動機に機械的に連結される潤滑剤供給ポンプと、を備え、
潤滑剤の供給量を前記振動機の動作条件に応じて変更できることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械であって、
前記振動機の動作条件に応じて前記振動機から潤滑剤を排出する潤滑剤戻し装置を備えることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項2に記載の建設機械であって、
前記潤滑剤戻し装置は、少なくとも1本の潤滑剤戻しラインを有し、そこに前記振動機に機械的に接続された潤滑剤戻しポンプが配置されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項3に記載の建設機械であって、
前記潤滑剤戻しポンプの、前記振動機と反対側の前記潤滑剤戻しラインから分岐し、好ましくはスロットルを通じて前記振動機に入るバランスラインを備えることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械であって、
前記油圧駆動装置および/または前記潤滑剤供給ポンプからリークオイルを排出するためのリークオイルラインが設置されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項5に記載の建設機械であって、
前記潤滑剤補給ライン、前記潤滑剤戻しラインおよび/または前記リークオイルラインのそれぞれから潤滑剤を前記振動機に入れる配管で、その各配管の中間にそれぞれ圧力制限弁が配置されるリリーフラインを備えることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械であって、
前記油圧回路は、前記油圧駆動装置に供給した油圧油を戻す油圧油戻りラインを含み、
前記潤滑剤補給ラインは、前記油圧油戻りラインから分岐することを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械であって、
少なくとも2台の油圧駆動装置を備え、
前記油圧回路は、前記各油圧駆動装置に油圧油を供給するための各油圧油供給ラインと、
前記各油圧駆動装置に供給した油圧油を戻す各油圧油戻りラインと、を含み、
前記潤滑剤補給ラインは、前記各油圧油戻りラインと配管接続されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械であって、
前記潤滑剤供給ポンプの前記振動機側の前記潤滑剤補給ラインに圧力スイッチが設けられていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 少なくとも1つの不平衡質量が配置されている振動機と、前記振動機を駆動する少なくとも1つの油圧駆動装置と、前記油圧駆動装置に油圧油を供給するための油圧回路と、前記油圧回路から分岐し、前記振動機に油圧油を潤滑剤として供給する少なくとも1本の潤滑剤補給ラインと、前記潤滑剤補給ラインに設置され、前記振動機に機械的に連結される潤滑剤供給ポンプと、を備え、潤滑剤の供給量を前記振動機の動作条件に応じて変更できる建設機械を用いて矢板壁を構築するための方法であって、
矢板に機械的振動を与え、これを前記建設機械によって地中に打ち込むことを特徴とする方法。
