Description
12よりも少ない10を足し、#11スロットの上コイル8に入るようになっている。これが周方向に連続し3相巻線を形成している。第一実施例の固定子1の変わりに第二実施例固定子100を用いてもこれまで述べてきた効果を得ることができる。
Claims (9)
- 固定子鉄心に分布巻が施されている固定子と、該固定子の中心に回転可能に設置され、かつ、回転子鉄心に永久磁石が設置されている回転子と、前記固定子及び回転子を冷却した冷却風を外気で冷やすエアクーラとを備え、前記固定子及び回転子の軸方向間には、径方向に延びる複数のダクトスペースが形成されている永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子のダクトスペースは、前記回転子鉄心の軸方向間に介在されたダクトピースにより形成され、このダクトスペースを形成するダクトピースにより前記永久磁石を軸方向に固定すると共に、前記回転子には、前記回転子のダクトスペースと連通する軸方向通風路が形成され、前記エアクーラで冷やされた冷却風が前記軸方向通風路に導かれ、かつ、該軸方向通風路に導かれた冷却風は、前記回転子及び固定子のダクトスペースを通り、前記エアクーラに循環することを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記軸方向通風路は、シャフトから径方向に放射状に複数延びて前記回転子鉄心を固定するスパイダの周方向間で形成されていることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記軸方向通風路は、前記回転子鉄心の軸方向に形成された複数の通風孔で形成されていることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記軸方向通風路に冷却風を導くファンが、前記回転子鉄心の軸方向端部のシャフトに設置されていることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記永久磁石は、前記回転子鉄心の周方向に設置されたアーク型磁石であることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記永久磁石は、同じ極が向かい合うようにV字型に前記回転子鉄心に設置された平板磁石であることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
一つの前記永久磁石が分割されていることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子鉄心は、前記スパイダに形成されたダブテール構造の突起により前記シャフトに固定されていることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 風車と接続され、風車ナセル内に設置された永久磁石式回転電機を備え、前記永久磁石式回転電機は、電力変換器を介して電力系統に接続されて発電運転を行う風力発電システムにおいて、
前記永久磁石式回転電機は、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の永久磁石式回転電機であることを特徴とする風力発電システム。
