Description
式Cの構造:
化合物A、D、およびEの混合物の製造
トリシクロデカンジメタノールジグリシジルエーテル150g(エポキシド0.824当量)、トリグリシジルイソシアヌレート100g(エポキシド0.962当量)、DY−E 50g(エポキシド0.159当量)およびジ−tert−ブチル−p−クレゾール(DBPC)0.44gの混合物を95℃まで加熱し、撹拌し、気体導入フリットを使って空気を飽和させた。この混合物に14分間かけて、アクリル酸24mlに溶解したイソオクタン酸CrIII(Hexcem)0.880gを滴下した。残りのアクリル酸94ml(合計140.2g、95当量%)を66分間かけて計り入れた。100℃で更に5時間撹拌した後、混合物を室温まで冷却した。均一で透明な僅かに緑色がかった液体は、粘度34Pa・s(25℃)、エポキシド含量0.30当量/kgおよび酸含量0.01当量/kgだった。
2)ビスフェノールFジグリシジルエーテル(Araldit(登録商標)GY285 Vantico)をH2と反応させることによって製造。
3)ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル(Araldit(登録商標)GY240 Vantico)をH2と反応させることによって製造。
4)アルコール混合物nC12OH+nC13OH+nC14OHのモノグリシジルエーテル。
5)コーン・プレート型ブルックフィールド粘度計、コーン06を使って、50rpm、25.0℃で測定。
6)臭化テトラエチルアンモニウム/HOAc後に0.1N HClO4滴定。
7)0.1N KOH滴定。
下記の表は、本発明のエポキシアクリレートに関する研究および得られた塗料を表すものである。

*** 脂肪族エポキシアクリレート(BASF)
n.d.:測定せず
4a)標準条件下、WOM(Weather-O-matic)ユニットで。結果を時間数で報告する。
4b)QUVユニットで、UV照射。結果を時間数で報告する。
光沢はISO2813規格に従って決定した。
Claims (6)
- 式A及びD:
- さらに、式E:
- 式Aのエポキシアクリレートを少なくとも30重量%含む、請求項1又は2記載のエポキシアクリレート混合物。
- 式Aのエポキシアクリレートを少なくとも50重量%含む、請求項1又は2記載のエポキシアクリレート混合物。
- 式A及びDのエポキシアクリレートに対応するグリシジル化合物を、アクリル酸と反応させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエポキシアクリレートの混合物の製造法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のエポキシアクリレート混合物及び光開始剤を含有する、放射線硬化可能な塗料組成物。
