Description
着用することが快適な純粋な、手の触感に対して心地よい及び形状の保持、良好な耐久性、及び急速な乾燥の、綿の編物の特性を維持する一方で、−合成の繊維の利点、湿気の管理及び急速な乾燥を備えた編物を付与する。
本実施形態の60s/2の二重の編物の両面の編物を生産する方法:
1.純粋な綿の糸の処理:
a.親水性の処理及び綿の糸を染める工程
洗い流すこと→染めること→石鹸処理,定着→浴における軟化(親水性の軟化剤)→染めること
1)洗い流すこと、染めること、石鹸処理、及び定着は、通常の作業場の工程に従って行われる。
洗い流すこと→染めること→石鹸処理,定着→疎水性の薬剤で処理すること→乾燥させること
1)洗い流すこと、染めること、石鹸処理、及び定着は、通常の工程に従ってなされる。
二重の層の構造の純粋な綿の糸へと上述した処理された綿の糸を編むために二重の編物を編む方法を使用する、そこでは、一方の層は、疎水性に処理された糸から編まれた疎水性の層であると共に、他方の層は、親水性に処理された糸から編まれた親水性の層である。
樹脂で仕上げすることは、樹脂、触媒、及び浸透剤の混合物で成し遂げられる。
本実施形態の60s/2の二重の編物のリブのジャカードの編物を生産する方法は、以下に続くようなものである。
a.親水性の処理及びマーセル加工された純粋な綿の糸を染める工程
洗い流すこと→染めること→石鹸処理,定着→浴における軟化(親水性の軟化剤)→染めること
1)洗い流すこと、染めること、石鹸処理、及び定着は、通常の作業場の工程に従って行われる。
洗い流すこと→染めること→石鹸処理,定着→疎水性の薬剤で処理すること→乾燥させること
1)洗い流すこと、染めること、石鹸処理、及び定着は、通常の工程に従ってなされる。
両面の構造の純粋な綿の編物へと上述した処理されたマーセル加工された綿の糸を編むために二重の編物のリブのジャカードを編む方法を使用する、そこでは、一方の面は、疎水性に処理された糸から編まれた疎水性の面である(あるいは、疎水性の層が、約10%の親水性に処理されら糸を含有する)と共に、他方の面は、親水性に処理された糸から編まれた親水性の面である。
樹脂で仕上げすることは、樹脂、触媒、及び浸透剤の混合物で成し遂げられる。
本実施形態の60s/2の単一の編物のメッキされたジャージー/ピッケの編物を生産する方法は、以下に続くようなものである。
a.親水性の処理及び綿の糸を染める工程
洗い流すこと→染めること→石鹸処理,定着→浴における軟化(親水性の軟化剤)→染めること
1)洗い流すこと、染めること、石鹸処理、及び定着は、通常の作業場の工程に従って行われる。
洗い流すこと→染めること→石鹸処理,定着→疎水性の薬剤で処理すること→乾燥させること
1)洗い流すこと、染めること、石鹸処理、及び定着は、通常の工程に従ってなされる。
単一の編物のメッキされたジャージー/ピッケを編む方法を使用する。一方の面は、70%の疎水性に処理された糸であると共に30%の親水性に処理された糸であると共に、他方の面は、100%の親水性に処理された糸である。それらは、その二個の面が異なる性質を有する、単一の編物の純粋な綿の編物へと編まれる。
樹脂で仕上げすることは、樹脂、触媒、及び浸透剤の混合物で成し遂げられる。
Claims (21)
- 異なる性質の二個の面を備えた急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物であって、
疎水性の薬剤で処理されたものである疎水性に処理された純粋な綿の糸から主として又は全体的に形成された疎水性の面、及び、
通常の洗い流す工程によって処理されてしまってあるものである綿の糸をさらに処理する親水性の軟化剤を使用することによって生産された親水性に処理された純粋な綿の糸から主として又は全体的に形成された親水性の面、
前記親水性の軟化剤が、脂肪族のアミン、脂肪族のアミンの誘導体、有機ケイ素、及び、それらの配合物からなる群より選択されたものであること、
前記編物が、疎水性の及び親水性の前処理から結果として生じさせられた前記疎水性の面及び前記親水性の面の間で親水性における格差を有すること、それによって前記疎水性の面から前記親水性の面までの水の急速な一方向性の輸送における駆動する力を提供すること、並びに、
前記編物が、純粋な綿の編物に対する比較における増加させられた湿気の蒸発の率を有すること
を含む、急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物。 - 請求項1に記載の異なる性質である二個の面を備えた急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物において、
前記編物は、単一の編物又は二重の編物の構造を有する、
急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物。 - 請求項1に記載の急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物において、
前記疎水性の面は、60%から100%までの疎水性に処理された糸及び0%から40%までの親水性に処理された糸によって形成されたものであると共に、
前記親水性の面は、100%の親水性に処理された糸によって形成されたものである、
急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物。 - 請求項3に記載の急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物において、
前記疎水性の面は、60%まで99%までの疎水性に処理された糸及び1%から40%までの親水性に処理された糸によって形成されたものである、
急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物。 - 請求項3に記載の急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物において、
前記疎水性の面は、100%の疎水性に処理された糸によって形成されたものである、
急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物。 - 請求項1に記載の急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物において、
当該編物は、二重の編物の編物又は前記純粋な綿の糸からの単一の編物のメッキされた編物である、
急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の異なる性質を有する二個の面を備えた急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物から作られた純粋な綿の衣服。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の異なる性質を有する二個の面を備えた急な乾燥をする純粋な綿の編物を生産するための方法であって、
後に続くステップ:
通常の洗い流す工程によって処理されてしまってあるものである純粋な綿の糸の親水性の処理によって親水性に処理された糸を生産すること;
疎水性の処理の純粋な綿の糸によって疎水性に処理された糸を生産すること;
そして、一方向性に水を輸送することができるものである異なる性質を有する二個の面を備えた編物を得るために前記親水性に処理された糸及び前記疎水性に処理された糸を編むこと
を含む、方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、
前記綿の糸の親水性の処理の工程は、前記糸を染めること、親水性の軟化剤を備えた浴において軟化させること、及びそれを乾燥させることを含む、
方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、
前記浴において軟化させることの手順は、親水性の軟化剤での前記糸の処理からなると共に、前記親水性の軟化剤が、脂肪族のアミン、脂肪族のアミンの誘導体、有機ケイ素、及び、それらの配合物からなる群より選択されたものである、
方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
前記親水性の軟化剤は、1−10グラム毎リットルの濃度で使用されると共に、
前記親水性の軟化剤での処理は、30℃−100℃で10−50分の間に実行される、
方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、
前記乾燥させるステップは、80℃−150℃で前記綿の糸を乾燥させることを含む、
方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、
前記綿の糸の疎水性の処理のステップは、前記糸を染めること、それを疎水性の薬剤で処理すること、及び、それを乾燥させることを含む、
方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
前記疎水性の薬剤で糸を処理することのステップは、1−100g/Lの量における疎水性の薬剤で5−60分の間に40−100℃で実行される、
方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
前記疎水性の薬剤は、脂肪酸アミド、ポリシアナミド、有機ケイ素化合物、及び、フルオロカーボンの疎水性の軟化させる油からなる群より選択される、
方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、
前記疎水性の薬剤は、ヒドロキシメチル=脂肪酸アミド、エーテル化された多価のメラミン、ヒドロシリコン油の乳濁物、及び、有機フッ素の乳濁物からなる群より選択される、
方法。 - 請求項16に記載の方法において、
前記ヒドロシリコン油の乳濁物は、陽イオン性のシリコンを備えたヒドロシリコンの乳濁物、活性な基を所持するポリジメチルシロキサンのヒドロシリコン油の乳濁物、及び、メチルヒドロシリコン油の乳濁物からなる群より選択される;と共に、
前記有機フッ素の乳濁物は、フッ素を含有するアルキルアクリル系のエステルの共重合体の乳濁物、フルオロ樹脂、並びに、フルオロカーボン及び炭化水素の調整された混合物からなる群より選択される、方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
前記綿の糸が、疎水性の薬剤で処理されてしまってある後に、それは、100℃から180℃までの乾燥する温度で直接的に脱水されると共に乾燥させられる、
方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、
前記編むことのステップは、二重の編物の両面のものを編む方法、二重の編物のリブのジャカードを編む方法、又は、単一の編物のメッキされた構造を編む方法を使用することで前記編物を編むことを含む、
方法。 - 請求項19に記載の方法において、
前記単一の編物のメッキされた構造を編む方法は、単一の編物のメッキされたジャージーを編む方法、単一の編物のメッキされたピッケを編む方法、単一の編物のメッキされたLacosteを編む方法、又は、単一の編物のメッキされたジャカードを編む方法を含む、方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、
前記編むことのステップの後に、マーセル加工、酵素で洗浄すること、樹脂で仕上げすること、衣服を作ること、及び衣服を洗浄することを含む群より選択された手順を使用することで前記編物を後処理することのステップをさらに含む、方法。
