现有的罗纹布在生产过程中容易发生纱线断开的情况,而且织出的面料透气性和舒适度不够好,还不够美观。

本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种全棉罗纹面料的制作方法,包括:
(1)准备原料棉纱的步骤;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤;
(3)后整理的步骤;
步骤(2)依次包括:排针→三角排版→盖三角座→将棉纱挂在纱架上→穿纱至输纱器和纱嘴→纱线挂针→开机并调输送盘; 大圆机为两针道机型,针筒顶部周围安装有一圈三角座,每两个三角座为一个循环,第一个三角座内的第一针道为平针轨道,第二针道为出针轨道;第二个三角座内的第一针道为出针轨道,第二针道为平针轨道。
本发明全棉罗纹面料的制作方法,步骤(2)中大圆机采用34吋的针筒,每吋内排20根针。
本发明全棉罗纹面料的制作方法,步骤(2)中调输送盘至纱长31cm/50根针。

本发明全棉罗纹面料的制作方法,制软采用水和硅油的混合物,其中硅油的重量百分数为8%-10%。
