本发明公开了一种耐洗毛巾的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:织造工艺;印染工艺:退浆;煮练;漂白;染色;烘干。本发明用天丝/棉纤维替代全棉纤维,由于天丝是采用溶剂纺丝技术生产的一种再生纤维素纤维,干强略低于涤纶,克服了黏胶纤维湿强力过低的缺陷,且不存在玻璃化现象,耐高温性能好,两者在印染生产、使用工艺方面相似。既增强了毛巾的耐洗程度,显著改善了毛巾边平组织与中间毛圈部分的色差,同时,高湿模量赋于天丝织物很低的缩水率,无需后整理定型,毛巾规格可以达到设计要求。

本发明属于家用纺织品领域,具体涉及一种耐洗毛巾的生产工艺。
背景技术
公知的酒店梭织毛巾,一般有底经、底纬、圈经纱织造而成,为了增强毛巾的耐洗程度,将全棉底经、底纬更换为涤棉材质,但由于涤纶纤维相对棉纤维的吸水率差异较大,造成毛巾边平组织与中间毛圈部分的色差,影响毛巾的美观程度。同时,由于涤纶的玻璃化温度低于其煮、炼、漂、洗涤及烘干的温度,引起纤维收缩,必须通过后整理定型后,毛巾的规格方可达设计要求。
目前市售的毛巾纤维成分中以吸湿为主要诉求,却忽略了产品本身的实用特性,耐洗的毛巾加工必须通过织物的结构设计或纤维改质等方式来实现。目前市面上已有的100%纯棉毛巾的内部结构材质是由纯棉纱所构成。纯棉纱虽然为天然纱种,但使用周期短,生命周期均为 2 至 4 个月左右,这种纯棉毛巾遇到水也不易干且长期使用下也容易破损。目前,用纯棉纱制成的纯棉毛巾,虽有良好的舒适性;但就耐用性而言,纯棉纱对可承受的外力拉伸力不佳,容易因使用者在扭转拧干毛巾的过程中,造成毛巾内部的纯棉纱断裂,而降低使用周期。由上述可知,市售的纯棉毛巾耐用的效果不佳,如何通过改善毛巾内部织物的加工方法,来有效增强毛巾内部纤维的强度而不易断裂,延长使用周期,降低成本,是目前所需解决的问题。

技术方案:一种耐洗毛巾的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)织造工艺:具体的工艺参数条件如下:
1、规格:35×75×120g面巾;
2、材质:底经×底纬×圈经:21s/2(50:50天丝:棉)×16s(50:50天丝:棉)×16s(全棉);
3、经纬密度:底经*底纬*圈经:124根×190根×124根/10cm;
4、毛比:1:3~7;
(2)印染工艺:具体的操作步骤如下:
1、退浆:采用溢流染色机,机温度为90℃,时间为30min;其中,退浆液处方:100%烧碱3~5g/L;渗透剂0.5~1g/L;浴比为1:10;
2、煮练:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,100%烧碱3~5g/L,高温耐碱精炼剂1.0~1.5g/L,温度为90~100℃,时间为30min;所述高温耐碱精炼剂为以磷酸酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为主的多种表面活性剂的复配物;
3、漂白:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,30%H2O2:5~8g/L,100%烧碱:3~5g/L,稳定剂:1~3g/L,温度为98~100℃,时间为:60min,pH为10.5~11;所述稳定剂为包括硅酸钠、分散性表面活性剂、磷酸盐、柠檬酸盐的复配物;
4、染色:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,X型活性红3~5%,温度为30~35℃,染色时间为:10-15min;固色剂NaHCO3为5g/L-8g/L,固色温度为:30℃-35℃,固色时间为:10-15min;
5、烘干:采用热风松式烘干机,温度为95~100℃,时间为5~10min。
有益效果:本发明用天丝/棉纤维替代全棉纤维,由于天丝是采用溶剂纺丝技术生产的一种再生纤维素纤维,干强略低于涤纶,克服了黏胶纤维湿强力过低的缺陷,且不存在玻璃化现象,耐高温性能好,两者在印染生产、使用工艺方面相似。既增强了毛巾的耐洗程度,显著改善了毛巾边平组织与中间毛圈部分的色差,同时,高湿模量赋于天丝织物很低的缩水率,无需后整理定型,毛巾规格可以达到设计要求。

4、染色:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,X型活性红5%,温度为35℃,染色时间为:15min;固色剂NaHCO3为8g/L,固色温度为:35℃,固色时间为:15min;
5、烘干:采用热风松式烘干机,温度为100℃,时间为10min。
具体实施例三:
一种耐洗毛巾的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)织造工艺:具体的工艺参数条件如下:
1、规格:35×75×120g面巾;
2、材质:底经×底纬×圈经:21s/2(50:50天丝:棉)×16s(50:50天丝:棉)×16s(全棉);
3、经纬密度:底经*底纬*圈经:124根×190根×124根/10cm;
4、毛比:1:5;
(2)印染工艺:具体的操作步骤如下:
1、退浆:采用溢流染色机,机温度为90℃,时间为30min;其中,退浆液处方:100%烧碱4g/L;渗透剂0.8g/L;浴比为1:10;
2、煮练:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,100%烧碱4g/L,高温耐碱精炼剂1.2g/L,温度为94℃,时间为30min;所述高温耐碱精炼剂为以磷酸酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为主的多种表面活性剂的复配物;
3、漂白:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,30%H2O2:6g/L,100%烧碱:4g/L,稳定剂:2g/L,温度为99℃,时间为:60min,pH为10.7;所述稳定剂为包括硅酸钠、分散性表面活性剂、磷酸盐、柠檬酸盐的复配物;
4、染色:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,X型活性红4%,温度为32℃,染色时间为:13min;固色剂NaHCO3为6g/L,固色温度为:33℃,固色时间为:13min;
5、烘干:采用热风松式烘干机,温度为97℃,时间为7min。
本发明用天丝/棉纤维替代全棉纤维,由于天丝是采用溶剂纺丝技术生产的一种再生纤维素纤维,干强略低于涤纶,克服了黏胶纤维湿强力过低的缺陷,且不存在玻璃化现象,耐高温性能好,两者在印染生产、使用工艺方面相似。既增强了毛巾的耐洗程度,显著改善了毛巾边平组织与中间毛圈部分的色差,同时,高湿模量赋于天丝织物很低的缩水率,无需后整理定型,毛巾规格可以达到设计要求。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (1)
1.一种耐洗毛巾的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)织造工艺:具体的工艺参数条件如下:
a、规格:35×75×120g面巾;
b、材质:底经×底纬×圈经:21s/2(50:50天丝:棉)×16s(50:50天丝:棉)×16s(全棉);
c、经纬密度:底经*底纬*圈经:124根×190根×124根/10cm;
d、毛比:1:3~7;
(2)印染工艺:具体的操作步骤如下:
a、退浆:采用溢流染色机,机温度为90℃,时间为30min;其中,退浆液处方:100%烧碱3~5g/L;渗透剂0.5~1g/L;浴比为1:10;
b、煮练:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,100%烧碱3~5g/L,高温耐碱精炼剂1.0~1.5g/L,温度为90~100℃,时间为30min;所述高温耐碱精炼剂为以磷酸酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为主的多种表面活性剂的复配物;
c、漂白:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,30%H2O2:5~8g/L,100%烧碱:3~5g/L,稳定剂:1~3g/L,温度为98~100℃,时间为:60min,pH为10.5~11;所述稳定剂为包括硅酸钠、分散性表面活性剂、磷酸盐、柠檬酸盐的复配物;
d、染色:采用溢流染色机,浴比为1:10,X型活性红3~5%,温度为30~35℃,染色时间为:10-15min;固色剂NaHCO3为5g/L-8g/L,固色温度为:30℃-35℃,固色时间为:10-15min;
e、烘干:采用热风松式烘干机,温度为95~100℃,时间为5~10min。
