Abstract

本发明公开了一种段染汗布的制作方法，包括：（1）准备原料棉莫代尔混纺纱和氨纶的步骤；（2）将步骤（1）准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤；（3）后整理的步骤。本发明在面料的制作过程中不会发生断线的情况，而且通过在大圆机中三角的排布使织出的面料透气性好而且美观。

段染汗布的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域，尤其是涉及一种段染汗布的制作方法。
背景技术
现有的汗布在生产过程中容易发生纱线断开的情况，而且织出的面料透气性不够好，还不够美观。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足，提供了一种段染汗布的制作方法，包括：
（1）准备原料棉莫代尔混纺纱和氨纶的步骤；
（2）将步骤（1）准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤；
（3）后整理的步骤；
步骤（2）包括：排针→三角排版→盖三角座→将三种线在纱架上挂纱→穿纱至输纱器和纱嘴→纱线挂针→开机并调输送盘； 大圆机为两针道机型，针筒顶部周围安装有一圈三角座，每个三角座的两个针道均为出针轨道。
本发明段染汗布的制作方法，步骤（1）中棉和莫代尔的重量比为1:1。
本发明段染汗布的制作方法，步骤（2）中大圆机采用34吋的针筒，每吋内排28根针。
本发明段染汗布的制作方法，步骤（2）中调输送盘至棉莫代尔混纺纱长15cm/50根针，氨纶长5cm/50根针。
本发明段染汗布的制作方法，经步骤（2）织出的胚布中莫代尔的重量百分数为45%，棉的重量百分数为45%，氨纶的重量百分数为5%。
本发明段染汗布的制作方法，所述步骤（3）后整理包括：备布→定胚→进缸洗水→制软→出缸开幅→压水→湿定成品。
本发明段染汗布的制作方法，制软采用水和硅油的混合物，其中硅油的重量百分数为8%-10%。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明在面料的制作过程中不会发生断线的情况，而且通过在大圆机中三角的排布以及对输送盘的调节使织出的面料透气性好而且美观。
具体实施方式
现在对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
一种段染汗布的制作方法，包括：
（1）准备原料棉莫代尔混纺纱和氨纶的步骤；
（2）将步骤（1）准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤；
（3）后整理的步骤。
步骤（1）中棉和莫代尔的重量比为1:1。
步骤（2）包括：排针→三角排版→盖三角座→将三种线在纱架上挂纱→穿纱至输纱器和纱嘴→纱线挂针→开机并调输送盘。
其中，大圆机为两针道机型，采用34吋的针筒，每吋内排28根针，针筒顶部周围安装有一圈三角座，每个三角座的两个针道均为出针轨道。调输送盘至棉莫代尔混纺纱长15cm/50根针，氨纶长5cm/50根针。织出的胚布中莫代尔的重量百分数为45%，棉的重量百分数为45%，氨纶的重量百分数为5%。
步骤（3）后整理包括：备布→定胚→进缸洗水→制软→出缸开幅→压水→湿定成品。其中，制软采用水和硅油的混合物，其中硅油的重量百分数为8%-10%。
本发明在面料的制作过程中不会发生断线的情况，而且通过在大圆机中三角的排布使织出的面料透气性好而且美观。

（1）准备原料棉莫代尔混纺纱和氨纶的步骤；
（2）将步骤（1）准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤；
（3）后整理的步骤；
步骤（2）包括：排针→三角排版→盖三角座→将三种线在纱架上挂纱→穿纱至输纱器和纱嘴→纱线挂针→开机并调输送盘； 大圆机为两针道机型，针筒顶部周围安装有一圈三角座，每个三角座的两个针道均为出针轨道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的段染汗布的制作方法，其特征在于，步骤（1）中棉和莫代尔的重量比为1:1。
