本发明公开了一种竖条提花布的制作方法,包括:(1)准备原料棉涤混纺纱和氨纶的步骤;(2)将步骤(1)准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤;(3)后整理的步骤。本发明在面料的制作过程中不会发生断线的情况,而且通过在大圆机中三角的排布使织出的面料透气性、舒适度好而且美观。

竖条提花布的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其是涉及一种竖条提花布的制作方法。
背景技术
现有的提花布在生产过程中容易发生纱线断开的情况,而且织出的面料透气性和舒适度不够好,还不够美观。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种竖条提花布的制作方法,包括:
(1)准备原料棉涤混纺纱和氨纶的步骤;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤;
(3)后整理的步骤;
步骤(2)依次包括:排针→三角排版→盖三角座→将两种线在纱架上挂纱→穿纱至输纱器和纱嘴→纱线挂针→开机并调输送盘; 大圆机为两针道机型,针筒顶部周围安装有一圈三角座,每四个三角座为一组,依次循环设有若干组,同一组中的第一个三角座的第一针道为平针轨道,第二针道为出针轨道;第二个三角座的第一针道为平针轨道,第二针道为出针轨道;第三个三角座的第一针道为平针轨道,第二针道为出针轨道;第四个三角座的第一针道为出针轨道,第二针道为平针轨道;在开机织造的过程中,只在第四个三角座的第二针道加入氨纶。
本发明竖条提花布的制作方法,步骤(1)中棉涤混纺纱中棉和涤纶的重量比为13:7。
本发明竖条提花布的制作方法,步骤(2)中大圆机采用30吋的针筒,每吋内排24根针。
本发明竖条提花布的制作方法,步骤(2)中调输送盘至棉涤混纺纱长12cm/50根针,氨纶长5.2cm/50根针。
本发明竖条提花布的制作方法,所述步骤(3)后整理包括:备布→进缸洗水→制软→出缸开幅→压水→湿定成品。
本发明竖条提花布的制作方法,制软采用水和硅油的混合物,其中硅油的重量百分数为8%-10%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在面料的制作过程中不会发生断线的情况,而且通过在大圆机中三角座的排布以及对输送盘的控制使织出的面料透气性、舒适度好而且美观。

一种竖条提花布的制作方法,包括:
(1)准备原料棉涤混纺纱和氨纶的步骤;
(2)将步骤(1)准备好的纱线在大圆机上织造成胚布的步骤;
(3)后整理的步骤。
步骤(1)中棉涤混纺纱中棉和涤纶的重量比为13:7。
步骤(2)依次包括:排针→三角排版→盖三角座→将两种线在纱架上挂纱→穿纱至输纱器和纱嘴→纱线挂针→开机并调输送盘。
其中,大圆机采用30吋的针筒,每吋内排24根针,为两针道机型,针筒顶部周围安装有一圈三角座,每四个三角座为一组,依次循环设有若干组,如图1所示,同一组中的第一个三角座的第一针道为平针轨道(浮线三角),第二针道为出针轨道(成圈三角);第二个三角座的第一针道为平针轨道,第二针道为出针轨道;第三个三角座的第一针道为平针轨道,第二针道为出针轨道;第四个三角座的第一针道为出针轨道,第二针道为平针轨道;在开机织造的过程中,只在第四个三角座的第二针道加入氨纶。调输送盘至棉涤混纺纱长12cm/50根针,氨纶长5.2cm/50根针。
所述步骤(3)后整理包括:备布→定胚→进缸洗水→制软→出缸开幅→压水→湿定成品,其中制软采用水和硅油的混合物,其中硅油的重量百分数为8%-10%。
