Claims (8)
- 可食性容器の製造方法であって、
(a)生地シートを用意する工程と、
(b)前記生地シート表面の中間部分に油脂面を形成し、且つ前記表面の縁部に水分浸潤部を形成する工程と、
(c)前記油脂面が内側に向くように前記生地シートを半分に折り畳み、前記生地シートに前記水分浸潤部が形成されている縁部を機械により圧着する工程と、
(d)前記生地シートを水蒸気により熟成させ、折れ目に沿って切断することによって、ポケット状の容器を形成する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする可食性容器の製造方法。 - 可食性容器の製造方法であって、
(a)同様の形状、輪郭である生地シートを二枚用意する工程と、
(b)前記生地シートの表面の中間部分及び縁部の一側に油脂面を形成し、縁部の残りの側辺に水分浸潤部を形成する工程と、
(c)油脂面が対向するように二枚の前記生地シートを重ね合わせ、その重ね合わせられた二枚の前記生地シートに水分浸潤部が形成されている縁部を機械により圧着する工程と、
(d)前記生地シートを水蒸気により熟成させ、ポケット状の容器を形成する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする可食性容器の製造方法。 - 前記生地シートは、半円状の輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可食性容器の製造方法。
- 前記半円状である生地シートは、表面のアーチ状の一側の縁部に水分浸潤部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可食性容器の製造方法。
- 前記半円状である生地シートは、表面の中間部分と非アーチ状の一側の縁部に油脂面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可食性容器の製造方法。
- 前記油脂面は、食用油脂を塗布することにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可食性容器の製造方法。
- 前記水分浸潤部は、濾過水を噴霧することにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可食性容器の製造方法。
- 可食性容器であって、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法により製造されてポケット状になり、刈包の製作に用いられることを特徴とする可食性容器。
