Abstract

本发明公开了一种手持式无盒快餐,外壳是面粉熟制的,其上部开口、底部封闭、中间是空腔,成熟的快餐盛装在空腔中,饭菜是炒饭或者菜拌饭。其制作方法是面粉、酵母、水、糖、油和成面团在压面机上滚压成面带后切成小长方面片,面片裹在模具上后放在蒸盘或烤盘上,醒发箱中醒发后经蒸或烤成熟,冷却脱模即成外壳。

本发明涉及快餐领域,具体为一种手持式无盒快餐。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人民的工作和生活的节奏越来越快,都渴望能从一日三餐繁杂的处方劳动中解脱出来,以使用更多的时间工作、学习、休息,同时随着流动人口增大,在外就餐的时间在增多,这些也是今天快餐业繁荣的原因。
目前市场上快餐有二种,一种是用发泡一次性饭盒盛装饭菜,用一次性筷子来做餐具来食用餐饭;另一种是用可以反复使用的快餐盒。以上二种方法有以下缺点:一、给环境造成污染,特别是一次性发泡餐盒由于不能在自然中分解,形成白色污染,给环境造成长久的污染;二、不能大规模机械化生产,即使在饭工厂,基本上全是人工生产,劳动强度大;三、不能进入超市上架销售,阻碍了快餐成为方便食品进入千家万户,以给人民带来方便快捷的就餐;四、不能保证饭菜的卫生;五、食用时不方便快捷,也是当今中式快餐销量赶不上西式快餐的原因。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手持式无盒快餐,以克服现有技术存在的缺点,为人们提供一种方便快捷卫生无污染的快餐食品。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
手持式无盒快餐,其特征在于:包括由面粉经蒸或烤成熟制作而成的外壳,所述外壳由四周侧壁及底部封闭围成的空腔,外壳顶部敞口,外壳内空腔中盛放有快餐。
所述的手持式无盒快餐,其特征在于:所述外壳制作方法如下:将面粉100、水84、酵母0.14、油1.2、糖2、食盐0.4和成面团,再将面团在压面机上滚压成面带后切成多个长方形面片,然后将多个面片分别裹在除模具顶部外的模具四周侧壁及底部,多个面片一端分别与模具对齐,一端长于模具,长出的面片粘在一起,最后将裹有面片的模具放入醒发箱醒发后,经105度蒸25分钟或180度烤8分钟至成熟冷后却脱模,制成手持式无盒快餐盒,其顶部开口,底部及四周封闭围有形状与模具外形相同的空腔。
所述的手持式无盒快餐,其特征在于:所述外壳内空腔中盛放的快餐为炒饭,所述炒饭包括的原料为:米饭44-55鸡蛋或肉25-35、油4-5、蔬菜45-55、佐料2。
所述的手持式无盒快餐,其特征在于:所述外壳内空腔中盛放的快餐为菜拌饭,所述菜拌饭包括的原料为:米饭6-65、肉类10-20、蔬菜20-25、油3-4,调料2-3。
本发明优点:一、不用塑料盒,只需要面粉做的熟制品作外壳容纳饭菜,全部可以食用,从而消除了污染;二、制作程序简化,可以大量机械化生产,降低了生产成本;三、可以冷藏保鲜,保证货架期,进入超市销售;四、食用方便,不需用筷子、餐盒。

具体实施方式
如图1所示。手持式无盒快餐,包括由面粉经蒸或烤成熟制作而成的外壳,外壳由四周侧壁1及底部2封闭围成的空腔3,外壳顶部敞口4,外壳内空腔中盛放有快餐。
外壳制作方法如下:将面粉100、水84、酵母0.14、油1.2、糖2、食盐0.4和成面团,再将面团在压面机上滚压成面带后切成多个长方形面片,然后将多个面片分别裹在除模具顶部外的模具四周侧壁及底部,多个面片一端分别与模具对齐,一端长于模具,长出的面片粘在一起,最后将裹有面片的模具放入醒发箱醒发后,经105度蒸25分钟或180度烤8分钟至成熟冷后却脱模,制成手持式无盒快餐盒,其顶部开口,底部及四周封闭围有形状与模具外形相同的空腔。

实例1面粉、水、酵母、油搅拌成团,在面团上滚压成面带,然后切成长方形的面片,裹在模具上,放入蒸盘或烤盘上进入醒发箱,醒发蒸或烤至成熟,冷却脱模,边部1、上部开口2、底部封闭3、中间空腔4,成为盒饭的外壳。
实例2炒饭食材配比是米饭45-55、蛋或肉类25-35、蔬菜45-55、油4-5将上述食材炒熟成炒饭5加入空腔4中即成。
实例3:菜拌饭食材配比是米饭60-65、肉类10-20、蔬菜20-25、油3-4、调料。将上述食材中肉、蔬菜等做成熟的菜与热米饭成菜拌饭5加入空腔4中即成。
