Description
1は合成樹脂等の絶縁材料で構成された固定部材にして、四角形状の筒状部11と、該筒状部11から横方向に延長された鍔部12とから構成されている。また、鍔部12には凹部12aが形成されると共に、該凹部12aにはネジ2を挿通するための孔12bが開口されている。さらに、前記筒状部11と前記鍔部12との境目には長孔13が開口されている。なお、筒状部11の内面には溝11aが形成されている。
この実施例と第1の実施例との相違する点は、第1の実施例における第2の固定接片4に形成した長孔41bに非導電部材5を埋め込んだのに対して、第2の実施例では長孔41bのみにしたことである。
この実施例と前記した2つの実施例と相違する点は、固定部材1の筒上部11に第2の固定接片4における接触部41を挿通するためのガイド孔11dを形成し、このガイド孔11dの下側から接触部41をガイド挿入して、第1の固定接片3における接触部31の下端と、第2の固定接片4の筒状部11内面に露出している接触部41の下端との位置が略同一となるように構成した。これにより、第1の固定接片3の接触部31と第2の固定接片4の接触部41とに対して可動接片8の接触部82aとの離れる位置が略同じとなる。

Claims (2)
- 四角形状の筒状部(11)の内面に溝(11a)が形成された絶縁材料でなる固定部材(1)と、
該固定部材の前記溝に接触部(31)が収納され、端子部(32)が自動車のバッテリーの端子に接続された第1の固定接片(3)と、
前記固定部材の前記溝と対向する内面に接触部(41)に形成された長孔(42b)に非導電部材(5)を埋め込み、前記非導電部材と長孔の上端との境目(b)は、前記第1の固定接片の下端と略同一の高さに形成され、端子部(42)が前記バッテリーの他の端子に接続された第2の固定接片(4)と、
前記筒状部内に摺動可能に挿入された絶縁部材で形成された中空状の操作部材(6)と、
該操作部材の中空部に収納される連結部(81)を有し、該連結部から起立された前記第1、第2の固定接片と摺接する接触部(82a)が形成された可動接片(8)と、
該可動接片の連結部に一端が当接し、他端が固定部材のスプリング受け(14)に当接し前記操作部材をバネ付勢するスプリング(7)とより構成し、
前記スプリングのバネ力に抗して前記操作部材を押下すると前記第1の固定接片が前記可動接片より離脱する位置において、第2の固定接片が可動接片より離脱し前記非導電部材5と接触することで、第1の固定接片の接触部と可動接片の接触部との離脱と、第2の固定接片の接触部と可動接片の接触部との離脱が略同時に行われることを特徴とする自動車用プッシュスイッチ。 - 四角形状の筒状部(11)の内面に溝(11a)が形成された絶縁材料でなる固定部材(1)と、
該固定部材の前記溝に接触部(31)が収納され、端子部(32)が自動車のバッテリーの端子に接続された第1の固定接片(3)と、
前記固定部材の前記溝と対向する内面に接触部(41)に形成された長孔(42b)の上端の高さは、前記第1の固定接片の下端と略同一の高さに形成され、端子部(42)が前記バッテリーの他の端子に接続された第2の固定接片(4)と、
前記筒状部内に摺動可能に挿入された絶縁部材で形成された中空状の操作部材(6)と、
該操作部材の中空部に収納される連結部(81)を有し、該連結部から起立された前記第1、第2の固定接片と摺接する接触部(82a)が形成された可動接片(8)と、
該可動接片の連結部に一端が当接し、他端が固定部材のスプリング受け(14)に当接し前記操作部材をバネ付勢するスプリング(7)とより構成し、
前記スプリングのバネ力に抗して前記操作部材を押下すると前記第1の固定接片が前記可動接片より離脱する位置において、第2の固定接片の可動接片が前記長孔内に移動して離脱することで、第1の固定接片の接触部と可動接片の接触部との離脱と、第2の固定接片の接触部と可動接片の接触部との離脱が略同時に行われることを特徴とする自動車用プッシュスイッチ。
