Claims (4)
- 一般式:Ba5-xLaxTa4O15-xNx(0.25≦x≦1)で表されることを特徴とするタンタル系酸窒化物光触媒。
- NiOまたはRuO2を担持させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタンタル系酸窒化物光触媒。
- BaCO3とTa2O5のモル比(5−x):2(0.25≦x≦1)の混合物を空気中で焼成してBa5−xTa4O15−xを得て、このBa5−xTa4O15−xとLa2O3のモル比2:xの混合物をNH3雰囲気下で焼成することを特徴とするタンタル系酸窒化物光触媒の製造方法。
- BaCO 3 とTa 2 O 5 のモル比(5−x):2(0.25≦x≦1)の混合物を空気中で焼成してBa 5−x Ta 4 O 15−x を得て、このBa 5−x Ta 4 O 15−x とLa 2 O 3 のモル比2:xの混合物をNH 3 雰囲気下で焼成してBa 5-x La x Ta 4 O 15-x N x を得て、さらにこのBa 5-x La x Ta 4 O 15-x N x にPt,NiOまたはRuO2を担持させることを特徴とするタンタル系酸窒化物光触媒の製造方法。
