Description
前記駆動カムの回転を揺動力に変換して前記吸気弁に開弁力を伝達する伝達機構と、
回転制御されることによって前記伝達機構における伝達経路の伝達状態を変更する制御軸と、
前記制御軸を前記吸気量制御手段からの出力によって制御するアクチュエータと、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。
機関のクランクシャフトによって駆動される排気カムシャフトと、
該排気カムシャフトと一体に回転駆動する排気カムと、
該排気カムに当接する第1駆動部材と、
前記排気カムに非当接状態に配置され、駆動されることによって前記排気弁を作動させる第2駆動部材と、
前記第1駆動部材と第2駆動部材とを連動状態あるいは連動の解除状態を前記排気弁停止手段からの出力信号に応じて選択可能な連動機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。
排気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を連続的に零まで減少させる排気弁作動制御機構と、
車両の状態に応じて一部の気筒を停止させる際に、吸気弁と排気弁のリフト量を同期して減少させるように前記吸気弁作動制御機構と排気弁作動制御機構にそれぞれ制御信号を出力する気筒停止手段と、
該気筒停止手段から気筒を停止するのに先行して燃料の供給を停止する燃料供給停止手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。
排気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を連続的に零まで減少させる排気弁作動制御機構と、
車両の状態に応じて一部の気筒を停止させる際に、吸気弁と排気弁のリフト量を同期して減少させ、リフト量が零または零近傍まで減少する直前に吸気弁または排気弁の一方を優先して作動させるように前記吸気弁作動制御機構と排気弁作動制御機構に制御信号を出力する気筒停止手段と、
該気筒停止手段から気筒を停止する制御信号の出力に先行して燃料の供給を停止させる燃料供給停止手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。
吸気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を連続的に零まで減少させる吸気弁作動制御機構と、
排気弁のリフト量を零まで減少可能な排気弁作動制御機構と、
吸気量を前記吸気弁作動制御機構によって制御させる吸気量制御手段と、
車両の状態に応じて少なくとも一部の気筒を吸排気弁の作動停止により気筒停止させる際に、機関回転数が一定または減少する所定の低負荷状態にあり、かつ前記吸気弁作動制御機構によって変化する吸気弁の閉弁時期がピストンの下死点時期の前になっていることを条件に吸気弁の作動を停止させる信号を前記吸気量制御手段に出力する吸気弁停止手段と、
該吸気弁停止手段によって吸気弁の作動を停止する制御に先行して燃料の供給を停止させる燃料供給停止手段と、
前記吸気弁のリフト量に応じて前記排気弁作動制御機構により前記排気弁のリフト量を零まで減少させる排気弁停止手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。
排気弁のリフト量を零まで減少させる排気弁作動制御機構と、
車両の状態に応じて、前記吸気弁及び排気弁のリフト量を零とすることによって少なくとも一部の気筒の作動を停止させる気筒停止手段と、
該気筒停止手段によって気筒の作動を停止するのに先行して燃料の供給を停止する燃料供給停止手段と、
前記気筒停止手段によって少なくとも一部の気筒を停止させた際に、車両に制動力を生じさせる制動機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。

Claims (3)
- 吸気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を連続的に零まで減少可能な吸気弁作動制御機構と、
排気弁のリフト量を零まで減少可能な排気弁作動制御機構と、
吸気量を前記吸気弁作動制御機構によって制御させる吸気量制御手段と、
車両の状態に応じて少なくとも一部の気筒の吸排気弁のリフト量を零にすることによって気筒停止させる際に、機関回転数が一定または減少する所定の低負荷状態にあり、かつ前記吸気弁作動制御機構によって変化する吸気弁の閉弁時期がピストンの下死点時期より前になっている場合に、吸気弁のリフト量を零にする信号を前記吸気量制御手段に出力する吸気弁停止手段と、
該吸気弁停止手段によって吸気弁の作動を停止する制御に先行して燃料の供給を停止させる燃料供給停止手段と、
前記吸気弁の実リフト量が所定量に減少した場合に、前記排気弁作動制御機構により前記排気弁のリフト量を零まで減少させる排気弁停止手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。 - 吸気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を連続的に零まで減少可能な吸気弁作動制御機構と、
排気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を連続的に零まで減少可能な排気弁作動制御機構と、
車両の状態に応じて少なくとも一部の気筒の前記吸排気弁のリフト量を零にすることによって気筒停止させる際に、前記吸気弁の実リフト量の減少に合わせて前記排気弁のリフト量を減少させるように、前記吸気弁作動制御機構と排気弁作動制御機構に制御信号を出力する気筒停止手段と、
前記吸気弁のリフト量を減少させる際に、吸気弁の開時期をピストン上死点付近に制御する吸気側のバルブタイミング制御機構と、
前記排気弁のリフト量を減少させる際に、排気弁の閉時期をピストン上死点付近に制御する排気側のバルブタイミング制御機構と、
前記気筒停止手段によって気筒を停止させる制御に先行して燃料の供給を停止する燃料供給停止手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。 - 吸気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を零まで減少可能な吸気弁作動制御機構と、
排気弁のリフト量及び開弁期間を零まで減少可能な排気弁作動制御機構と、
車両の状態に応じて、前記吸気弁及び排気弁のリフト量を零に制御することによって一部の気筒を停止させる気筒停止手段と、
該気筒停止手段によって気筒を停止させる制御に先行して、燃料の供給を停止させる燃料供給停止手段と、
前記燃料停止手段によって気筒停止側の燃料供給停止時に、前記吸気弁作動制御機構によって気筒非停止側の吸気弁のリフト量を一時的に増大させ、その後、前記吸気弁のリフト量を減少させる機関トルク補正制御機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の気筒停止制御装置。
