Claims (1)
- エナメルワイヤを直接溶接するスポット電気溶接機械であって、
a.電極と、
b.電源制御として機能する主プロセッサと、
c.i.電極クランプと、
ii.電極加圧力の調節装置とを備える溶接ヘッドとを備え、
前記電極が、耐熱性金属で作成された2つの組み合わされた平行電極に作成され、2つの電極の間に絶縁表面取付け接着剤を有し、前記2つの平行電極が、それぞれ、相互オーム接触に配置された電極先端を有し、前記平行電極の残りが相互に絶縁される、スポット電気溶接機械において、
前記主プロセッサが、パルス振幅事前設定回路と、パルス幅事前設定回路と、パルス幅タイミング回路と、駆動回路と、電力スイッチ回路と、反応回路と、低電圧電源回路と、高電圧電源回路と、高電圧制御回路とを備え、
前記パルス振幅事前設定回路が、前記高電圧制御回路および前記高電圧電源回路を経て前記電力スイッチ回路と接続され、
前記パルス幅事前設定回路が、前記パルス幅タイミング回路および前記駆動回路を経て前記電力スイッチ回路と接続され、
前記電力スイッチ回路が、1つの回路が前記反応回路を経て接続され、他の回路がパルス変換器を経て接続されて、電極と接続され、
前記パルス振幅事前設定回路、前記高電圧振幅事前設定回路、前記高電圧制御回路、前記駆動回路、および前記パルス変換器の複数の出力が、別々に前記反応回路と接続され、
前記パルス振幅事前設定回路、前記高電圧制御回路、前記高電圧電源回路、前記パルス幅事前設定回路、前記パルス幅タイミング回路、および前記駆動回路が、別々に前記低電圧電源回路と接続される
ことを特徴とする
