Abstract

本发明涉及一种为电子工业贴片电感器的制作所提供的专用生产设备。该设备由点电焊机、绕线器和贴片电感器定位器构成。点电焊机由焊头、起电源调控作用的主机和由带焊头夹和焊头压力调节装置的机头组成,焊机机头安装在工作台上,焊头安装在焊头夹上;绕线器由绕线电机、控制该电机的单片机及显示屏组成,绕线电机安装在工作台下,绕线电机的转轴正对点焊机焊头的下方。贴片电感器定位器为一柱状体,在柱状上端面设有固定夹紧贴片电感器的装置,柱状体的下端安装固定在绕线电机的转轴上。由于一机多能,集绕线、定位、除漆、焊接和电学性能测试等多道工序一次性完成,代替了繁杂的手工操作,不但大大提高生产效率,而且使产品质量得到确实的保证。

贴片电感器生产设备
技术领域
本发明涉及为电子工业制作贴片电感器提供一种专用生产设备。
背景技术
电感器作为电子工业三大电子元件之一。随着SMT(表面装贴技术)的快速发展,SMD(表面装贴电子元件)的需求也相应大量增加。传统贴片电感器的生产,首道工序是用人工或机械的方法在磁芯上绕上一定圈数和规格的漆包线;第二道工序是把漆包线引出线的两端用机械或化学的方法除去绝缘漆;第三道工序是把已经绕好漆包线的磁芯固定安装在船形的带二个焊盘和引脚的磁芯底座上;第四道工序是把漆包线引出线的两端进行定位;第五道工序是把漆包线二端引出线分别焊接在船形底座的二个焊盘上;第六道工序是把焊接好的电感器安装在夹具上进行电学性能测试……。由于贴片电感器十分细小,使用的漆包线有些只有Φ0.03-0.05mm,要经过上述多道工序才能制作出一个贴片电感器,用眼睛直视对Φ0.03-0.05mm的细漆包线进行手工操作,其复杂和困难程度可想而知。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为制作贴片电感器提供一种集绕线、定位、除漆、焊接和电学性能测试等多道工序一次性完成的生产设备,可以大大提高了生产效率和产品质量。
本发明贴片电感器生产设备主要由点电焊焊机、绕线器和贴片电感器定位器三部分构成,各部分的结构和位置关系如下:
点电焊机采用“可直接焊接漆包线的点焊机”(专利号:01114785.7,)。该焊机由焊头(发明专利号:01114808.X),起电源调控的主机和带焊头夹、焊头压力调节装置构成的机头三部分组成。机头安装在工作台上,焊头安装在焊头夹上(见说明书附图1)。该点焊机具有不用预先除去漆包线上的绝缘漆,就可以直接以单面焊焊接漆包线的特点,焊点细小、焊接牢靠。焊头在贴片电感器定位器上方,准确地正对放置在定位器上工件底座的一个焊盘,以便进行焊接工作。
绕线器由绕线电机、控制该电机的单片机及数码(液晶)显示屏构成;绕线电机安装在工作台下,绕线电机转轴在焊头下方,使贴片电感器定位器安装固定在绕线电机转轴上时,贴片电感器的焊盘位于焊头的正下方。绕线器具有设定、控制和显示电感器生产中所需要的各种参数等功能,包括需绕漆包线的圈数、线径,正反转绕线的设定、控制,以及启动、刹车、段位、圈数归零,段位回归,进段、退段、慢速启动、急停、产量统计等等。
贴片电感器定位器外形为一柱状体,在上端面中间有一固定贴片电感器底座的凹槽,凹槽旁边有一可使贴片电感器底座夹紧固定在凹槽内的“7”字形活动卡块,“7”字形卡块通过开口销轴和弹簧固定在定位器主体上;贴片电感器定位器下端做成接口,直接安装固定在绕线电机的转轴上。凹槽可根据贴片电感器底座的规格,制作成具有既方便于放置和取卸底座,又可紧固和定位底座的功能。用手按下“7”字形卡块的下端,“7字”形卡块靠近凹槽的一端打开开口,即可在凹槽放置和取卸底座,松开“7”字形卡块的下端,弹簧使开口关上,即可夹紧底座。“7”字形卡块平时可藏在与凹槽连通的槽里,与上端面持平。
在制作贴片电感器定位器时,以贴片电感器引出线相应的两端作分隔,把贴片电感器定位器做成相互绝缘的两部分,或者以绝缘材料制作,或者在凹槽的底部垫上绝缘材料,使焊接生产好的贴片电感器二个引脚除了让已焊接好的漆包线导通外,其余部分相互绝缘。这样,焊接生产好的贴片电感器无需卸下,直接在定位器上即可完成电感器的电学性能测试。
为了放大和显示贴片电感器绕线和进行焊接的整个生产过程,可在机头相应的位置安装显微录像放大显示光学系统,该光学系统主要由单目显微镜、摄像头和显示器组成。如说明书附图1所示,在机头的外侧安装一个由立柱、横梁和显微镜托架组成的支架,横梁和托架之间有活动关节和角度调节螺丝,显微镜托架可以调节焦距,把单目显微镜安装在显微镜托架上,单目显微镜和摄像头直接连接,摄像头通过视频线和显示器连接,显示器放置在工作台适宜观察的位置上,只要把单目显微镜正对工件,调好焦距即可清晰地放大和显示。
使用本发明贴片电感器生产设备前,首先把磁芯安装固定在底座上,做成贴片电感器的骨架工件。工作时,只要把该工件放置在上述贴片电感器定位器的凹槽上,即可在底座的焊盘上焊接漆包线引出线的第一个焊点;然后启动绕线器,绕线器在磁芯上绕上设定好圈数的漆包线,并把未焊接的另一个焊盘定位在焊头的下方,焊接漆包线另一端引出线,则完成贴片电感器的生产制作。此时,还可以对该刚制作好的贴片电感器在定位器上进行电学性能测试,节省了进行电学性能测试而重新安装夹具的工序。由于一机多能,集绕线、定位、除漆、焊接和电学性能测试等多道工序一次性完成,代替了繁杂的手工操作,不但大大节省时间,而且使产品质量得到确实的保证。
本发明如配置工件自动放置及取卸的装置,即可成为贴片电感器的自动生产设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明贴片电感器生产设备的结构。
图1中,贴片电感器生产设备由点电焊机、绕线器和贴片电感器定位器2组成;点焊机机头3安装在工作台上,焊头4安装在焊头夹上,绕线器由绕线电机1、控制该电机的单片机及数码(液晶)显示屏构成;绕线电机安装在工作台下,绕线电机转轴正对点电焊机焊头的下方。贴片电感器定位器2通过定位器接口8安装固定在绕线器的绕线电机转轴9上,位于点电焊机的焊头4的下方。为了清晰放大和显示贴片电感器绕线和进行焊接的整个生产过程,可在机头相应的位置安装显微录像放大显示光学系统。如图1所示,首先在工作台焊机机头的外侧,安装一个由立柱15、横梁16和显微镜托架10组成的显微镜支架11,横梁和显微镜托架之间有活动关节12和角度调节螺丝13,把单目显微镜6安装在显微镜托架上,摄像头7直接和单目显微镜连接,而显示器5通过视频线和摄像头的视频线接口14连接,放置在工作台便于观察的位置上。工作时,调节好的横梁的高度、长度及显微镜托架的角度,使显微镜正对工件,再调节好显微镜的焦距,在显示器上即可清晰地放大和显示整个生产过程。
图2中,贴片电感器定位器外形为一柱体,在上端面中间有一放置贴片电感器船形底座的凹槽24,凹槽旁边有一可使贴片电感器船形底座夹紧固定在凹槽内的“7”字形活动卡块25,“7”字形卡块通过开口销轴23和弹簧21固定在定位器主体上;贴片电感器定位器下端11做成接口,直接安装固定在绕线电机的转轴9上。贴片电感器定位器可用金属或塑料做成,外形可加工为圆柱体。
图3中,24为凹槽,凹槽旁边有一可使贴片电感器船形底座夹紧固定在凹槽内的“7”字形卡块25。

Claims (4)

1、一种贴片电感器生产设备,其特征是该设备由点电焊机、绕线器和贴片电感器定位器构成;点电焊机由焊头、起电源调控作用的主机和带焊头夹及焊头压力调节装置的机头组成,机头安装在工作台上,焊头安装在焊头夹上;绕线器由绕线电机、控制该电机的单片机及显示屏组成,绕线电机安装在工作台下,绕线电机的转轴正对点焊机焊头的下方;贴片电感器定位器为一柱状体,在柱状体的上端面有一固定贴片电感器底座的凹槽,凹槽旁边有可把贴片电感器夹紧在凹槽内的活动卡块,柱状体的下端做成接口,安装固定在绕线电机的转轴上,定位器位于点电焊机焊头的下方。
2、如权利要求1所述的贴片电感器生产设备,其特征是所述的贴片电感器定位器,以贴片电感器引出线相应的两端作分隔,把贴片电感器定位器做成相互绝缘的两部分,或者以绝缘材料制作,或者在凹槽的底部垫上绝缘材料。
3、如权利要求1所述的贴片电感器生产设备,其特征是所述的点电焊机为可直接焊接漆包线的点焊机。
4、如权利要求1所述的贴片电感器生产设备,其特征是在点电焊机机头相应的位置安装显微录像放大显示的光学系统,该光学系统主要由单目显微镜、摄像头和显视器组成,单目显微镜安装在显微镜托架上,摄像头直接和单目显微镜连接,而显示器通过视频线和摄像头连接,安装在工作台可观察的位置上。
