Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のインダクタ製造装置は、巻線装置、インダクタ定位装置、及び点溶接機を含む、巻線装置は、直流非擦電機、該直流電機を制御するシングルチップ、及びデジタルスクリーンを含む;インダクタ定位装置は定位装置連結柱を通じて巻線装置の直流電機の回転軸と連結される。本発明のインダクタ製造装置は、複数の機能持つことができる、即ち、巻線、定位、漆除き、半田付け、及び電学特性検査等の複数の工程を一回目に完成することができる、これによって複雑な人手操作を代わる、従って、製作時間も短くし、製品の品質も確かに保証することができる。

Claims (4)
- 巻線装置、インダクタ定位装置、及び点溶接機を含み;前記インダクタ定位装置は前記点溶接機の半田挟みと溶接頭の下方に位置し、該インダクタ定位装置はその連結柱と巻線装置の直流非擦電機の回転軸と連結され、直流非擦電機とシングルチップ及びデジタルスクリーンがお互いに連結されている
ことを特徴とするインダクタンス製造装置。 - インダクタ定位装置の外形は円柱体であり、その上端の表面にはインダクタ台座を固定する溝部が設置されており、インダクタ定位装置の下端はインターフェイスにして、直流非擦電機の回転軸に装着する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のインダクタンス製造装置。 - 前記点溶接機として、直接にエナメル線に対して半田付けることができる溶接機を使う
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のインダクタンス製造装置。 - 前方にはカメラCCDを添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のインダクタンス製造装置。
