Claims (6)
- 記録媒体を駆動するための駆動部材と、
前記駆動部材との間に動圧発生空間が形成されるように前記駆動部材を回転可能に支持し、流体を内側から外側へ流出させる流体流出口が形成された支持部材と、
前記動圧発生空間に開口するように、前記駆動部材と前記支持部材のいずれか、または両方に設けられた動圧発生溝と、
前記駆動部材に固定結合され、前記流体流出口から流出した流体を前記動圧発生空間に循環させる流体循環部材とを含み、
前記流体循環部材は、前記流体流出口から流出した流体を貯留する流体貯留空間と、前記流体貯留空間に貯留された流体を前記動圧発生空間に送り出す流体送出口とが形成され、
前記流体貯留空間に貯留される流体は、前記駆動部材の駆動時に遠心力によって前記流体送出口に送り出されることを特徴とする流体循環式流体動圧ベアリング。 - 前記支持部材は、前記駆動部材と軸結合される軸結合部と、前記動圧発生空間に設けられて動圧を発生させる動圧発生部とを備え、前記流体流出口は前記動圧発生部から前記流体循環部材に向かって開放するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体循環式流体動圧ベアリング。
- 前記流体循環部材は、前記動圧発生部を支持するストッパと、流体の外部流出を防ぐために前記ストッパの下面を密封する密封キャップとを有し、
前記ストッパの下面と前記密封キャップの上面との間の前記流体貯留空間は、前記流体流出口側が広く、前記流体送出口側が狭くなるくさび状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体循環式流体動圧ベアリング。 - 前記流体貯留空間に貯留される流体は、毛細管力によって前記流体送出口に送り出されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体循環式流体動圧ベアリング。
- 前記流体貯留空間は、前記ストッパの下面と前記密封キャップの上面との間の角度が0゜〜90゜であることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の流体循環式流体動圧ベアリング。
- 前記流体送出口は、前記流体循環部材の上下方向に貫通するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の流体循環式流体動圧ベアリング。
