Description
図面で、説明符号1は建物コアを示す。コア1部分は耐風圧力を考慮して鉄筋コンクリート構造を用いて先行築造される。通常、コア1の内側にはタワークレーンが設けられ、コア1の外側にホイスト(hoist)、コンクリートディストリビューター(distributor)などのコア専用施設を架設する。前記コア専用施設を用いて鉄筋3を配筋し、コンクリート5を打設して先行コアを築造する。
ついで、前記ガーセットプレート7cに高張力ボルト7dを用いて鉄骨ビーム9を組立設置し、ついで前記鉄骨ビーム9に基づいてスレーブ型枠材設置、鉄筋配筋及びコンクリート打設をへてスレーブ11を築造施工する。
本発明は、建築構造物のコア及びスレーブ用鉄骨を先行して施行し、ついで前記スレーブ及びコアコンクリートを共に打設またはスレーブコンクリートを先打設してコアを後打設することによって、コア及びスレーブ構造物の品質、施工効率及び安全性を向上させ、施工費用を節減できる高層建築構造物の施工方法を提供することにその目的がある。
また、前記アンカー連結部材にはスロットホール(slotted hole)が設けられ、前記スロットホールに高張力ボルトを締結して鉄骨ビームと共に組立締結できる。
図3は本発明の実施の形態による高層建築構造物の施工構造を示す斜視図であり、図4はガーダー及び鉄骨ビームの構造を示す断面図である。
図面を通して知るように、本発明による高層建築構造物は、コア21のシャフト部に鉄骨柱23を先行して設け、前記鉄骨柱23にガーダー25及び鉄骨ビーム31を連結設置する。その後、スレーブ33及びコア21に鉄筋を配筋してコンクリートを打設する。この時、コンクリートはスレーブ33を先打設してコア21を後打設することもできる。
前記アンカー連結部材27は、鉄骨ビーム31を連結支持するためにコアシャフト部に設けられる。前記アンカ連結部材27は、ガーダー25に溶接またはボルト結合される連結材27aと、前記連結材27aに溶接またはボルト結合されるアンカープレート27bと、前記アンカープレート27bに溶接結合されるガーセットプレート27c及び前記アンカープレート27bからコンクリート21aの壁体の内側に延長されてコンクリートに埋立されるスタッドまたはシアコネクター27dとからなる。
前記サブ連結部材34は、スレーブ33の設置のためのデッキプレート33bを支持するためのものである。前記サブ連結部材34は、ガーダー25に溶接またはボルト結合される連結材34aと、前記連結材34aの端部に溶接またはボルト結合される支持材34bとからなる。サブ連結部材34は多数個を設けることができる。
先ず、コア21のシャフト部に鉄骨柱23を設け、前記鉄骨柱23に水平ガーダー25を連結する。またガーダー25にアンカー連結部材27を用いて鉄骨ビーム31を組立設置して鉄骨施工工程を遂行する。
この時、前記アンカー連結部材27のガーセットプレート27cにはスロットホール27gが設けられており、前記スロットホール27gに締結された高張力ボルト27fが鉄骨ビーム31に堅固に締結結合される。前記高張力ボルト27fは、スロットホール27gに従って調整されて組立誤差を補正するようになる。
そして、コア21のシャフト部にはシステムフォーム(foam)を装着し、居間区間にはユーロフォームあるいは通常のフォームを設け、ついでコアの壁体及びスレーブ用コンクリート21a、33aを共に打設する。また前記コンクリート打設は、スレーブを先打設してコアを後打設することもできる。
さらに、本発明によると、コア及びスレーブのコンクリートを鉄骨工事以後に施工するので、例えば外装カーテンウォール工事および内部締め切り工事などの締め切り工程の作業バランスを容易に合わせて施工工期を短縮する効果を得ることができる。
Claims (4)
- 1)コアのシャフト部に鉄骨柱を設ける段階;
2)前記鉄骨柱にガーダーを連結設置する段階;前記ガーダーは、鉄骨ビームが連結されるアンカー連結部材を含み、前記アンカー連結部材の一部はコア壁体の内部に埋立されるように構成し;
3)前記アンカー連結部材に鉄骨ビームを組立設置する段階;
4)前記鉄骨ビームに設けられたデッキプレートあるいはスレーブ型枠材上に、そしてコアの壁体に鉄筋を設ける段階;および、
5)スレーブ及びコア壁体コンクリートを共に打設したり、あるいはスレーブを先打設してコアを後打設する段階
とからなるコア及びその周りに住居空間が備わった高層建築構造物の施工方法。 - 前記鉄骨柱の間に設けられたガーダーにデッキプレートあるいはスレーブ型枠材支持用サブ連結部材を多数設け、前記サブ連結部材は、ガーダーに結合された連結材と前記連結材の端部に結合された支持材とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高層建築構造物の施工方法。
- 前記アンカー連結部材は、ガーダーに溶接またはボルト結合される連結材と、前記連結材に溶接またはボルト結合されるアンカープレートと、前記アンカープレートに溶接結合されるガーセットプレートと、前記アンカープレートから壁体に延長されてコンクリートに埋立されるスタッドまたはシアコネクターとからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高層建築構造物の施工方法。
- 第3段階で、前記アンカー連結部材にスロットホールが設けられ、前記スロットホールに高張力ボルトを締結して鉄骨ビームと共に組み合うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高層建築構造物の施工方法。
