Claims (1)
- 電力を供給される非接触式充電器(A)から誘導起電力を発生させ、この誘導起電力により充電されるバッテリ・パック(B)を有し、
前記非接触式充電器(A)は、
交流(AC)電力によって引き起こされる電磁波を阻止するために、電力入力端子に接続された電磁波フィルタ(100)と、
電磁波が阻止された前記交流(AC)電力を、直流(DC)電力に整流する一次側整流回路(110)と、
その回路中に存在するトランジスタがオンしている間に、一次側整流回路(110)から伝送される電力を蓄積し、前記回路中のトランジスタがオフしている場合に、ゲート駆動部(160)および中央演算処理装置(180)に入力電圧を印加すると共に、直列共振型コンバータ(120)に駆動電圧を印加するフライバック・コンバータ(110’)と、
前記フライバック・コンバータ(110’)と前記直列共振型コンバータ(120)との間に介在し、前記バッテリ・パック(B)が接近する結果として発生する電流変化を検出し、この電流変化に従って比較電流を出力する電流検出器(170)と、
前記電流検出器(170)から入力される比較電流を使用して、前記バッテリ・パック(B)の接近を検出すると共に、前記バッテリ・パック(B)が接近したか否かだけではなく、異常動作が発生したり、或いは、非接触式充電パッドに載置された異物の温度が所定の温度を超えたりした場合に、ゲート駆動部(160)のスイッチングを停止するために、温度保護回路(183)の電流によっても、ゲート駆動部(160)を制御する中央演算処理装置(180)と、
前記中央演算処理装置(180)の制御の下で、ゲート信号を出力するゲート駆動部(160)と、
前記ゲート駆動部(160)から入力されるゲート信号に応じて、一次鉄心部(130)に印加される電圧および電流の各波形を調整する直列共振型コンバータ(120)と、
前記直列共振型コンバータ(120)によりスイッチングされ、前記誘導起電力を発生する一次鉄心部(130)と、から構成され、
前記バッテリ・パック(B)は、
前記一次鉄心部(130)を経由して電力を誘導するように構成された二次鉄心部(210)と、
この誘導電力を整流するために、前記二次鉄心部210のコイル(二次コイル1)に接続された二次側整流回路(200)と、
前記二次側整流回路(200)により整流された電力を燃料計(230b)に供給し、前記二次側整流回路(200)の出力に応じて無線ICタグ(RFID)制御器に電圧を加える充電調整回路(230a)を備えると共に、前記充電調整回路(230a)から供給された電力を、保護回路(240)を経由して前記バッテリ(BAT)に供給し、前記バッテリ(BAT)の充電状態を監視しながら、充電状態情報を生成し、定期的に情報を記録する前記燃料計(230b)を備えた充電制御器(230)と、
前記充電制御器(230)と前記バッテリ(BAT)間に接続され、前記バッテリ(BAT)の充電状態に応じて、充電すべきか放電すべきかを制御する保護回路(240)と、から構成され、
フィルム状のシールド板(260)が、前記バッテリ・パック(B)の前記二次鉄心部(210)とバッテリ・ケース(250)との間に介在し、前記保護回路(240)がシールド部材(241)により囲まれていると共に、
前記二次鉄心部( 210 )を有する前記バッテリ・パック(B)が、前記非接触式充電器(A)に載置されたその瞬間の電力を検出すると、一定期間前記スイッチ(Q3)をオフ状態に維持することにより無負荷状態を維持可能にし、さらに、この無負荷状態が前記一定期間維持された後、前記スイッチ(Q3)をオン状態に維持することにより、無負荷状態から負荷状態への切換えを可能にし、この結果、前記二次鉄心部( 210 )を有する前記バッテリ・パック(B)が前記非接触式充電器(A)に載置されたことを、負荷の状態変 化により前記一次鉄心部のコイルに通知すると同時に、前記充電制御器( 230 )に電力を供給する異物検出器( 220 )を備えたことを特徴とする非接触式充電システム。
