Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,包括电缆接头和船只充电接口,电缆接头的输入端通过电缆与岸基电源连接,输出端与船只充电接口连接,船只充电接口设于船只上,电缆接头设有电磁铁,船只充电接口上设有用于被电磁铁吸附的软磁体。与现有技术相比,本发明通过磁吸式引导船只充电接口和电缆接头的连接,降低了连接时的对准难度,提高了充电连接的效率。

一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及船只充电技术,尤其是涉及一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构。
背景技术
电力能源作为实用的可再生能源,近年来正加速在动力领域的发展,除了汽车之外,邮轮也出现了将电力至少是辅助动力源的现象。
为此,目前也产生了一些为邮路的供电系统,但是与供油不同,海上补给舰艇的目的是为了加快补给速度从而提高航程,但是因为电力的补给速度不够,所以目前的电力补给通常采用岸基供电的方式,例如中国专利CN 202455277U公开了中低压船舶岸电电源,包括移相变压器、变频电源、LC滤波电路、输出开关柜,移相变压器的原边绕组通过输入开关柜直接连接到母线电网,移相变压器的副边绕组与变频电源的输入端相连接,变频电源的交流输出端连接LC滤波电路,LC滤波电路的输出端连接输出开关柜实现高压三相60Hz交流电输出。然而,包括该低压船舶岸电电源在内的现有赶集供电系统的改进都集中在供电电路上,极少在连接段进行改进,在与船只的充电接口连接时,需要预先实现精确对准,对接效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,包括电缆接头和船只充电接口,所述电缆接头的输入端通过电缆与岸基电源连接,输出端与船只充电接口连接,所述船只充电接口设于船只上,所述电缆接头设有电磁铁,所述船只充电接口上设有用于被所述电磁铁吸附的软磁体。
所述船只上设有船只充电电路,所述船只充电接口上设有用于通断船只充电电路的第一开关,所述电缆接头上设有用于在电缆接头和船只充电接口卡合时拨动所述第一开关的第一压合部。
所述电缆接头上设有用于开闭所述电磁铁、以及通断电缆的第二开关,所述船只充电接口上设有用于在电缆接头和船只充电接口卡合时拨动所述第二开关的第二压合部。
所述第二开关包括择一接通电磁铁供电回路或电缆供电回路的导通部,以及用于在第二压合部的压合下带动所述导通部接通电磁铁供电回路或电缆供电回路的伸缩部。
所述伸缩部和导通部之间通过联动杆连接。
所述电缆接头设于电缆车上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)通过磁吸式引导船只充电接口和电缆接头的连接,降低了连接时的对准难度,提高了充电连接的效率。
2)通过第二开关实现对电磁铁的通断、以及电缆的通断,第二开关的动作依赖于对接的动作,便于在正常充电时及时关闭电磁铁,提高充电质量。
3)导通部择一接通电磁铁供电回路或电缆供电回路,简化电路结构,提高切换效率。
4)伸缩部和导通部之间通过联动杆连接,稳定性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,如图1所示,包括电缆接头1和船只充电接口2,电缆接头1的输入端通过电缆与岸基电源连接,输出端与船只充电接口2连接,船只充电接口2设于船只上,电缆接头1设有电磁铁3,船只充电接口2上设有用于被电磁铁3吸附的软磁体4。通过磁吸式引导船只充电接口2和电缆接头1的连接,降低了连接时的对准难度,提高了充电连接的效率。
船只上设有船只充电电路,船只充电接口2上设有用于通断船只充电电路的第一开关,电缆接头1上设有用于在电缆接头1和船只充电接口2卡合时拨动第一开关的第一压合部。
电缆接头1上设有用于开闭电磁铁3、以及通断电缆的第二开关,船只充电接口2上设有用于在电缆接头1和船只充电接口2卡合时拨动第二开关的第二压合部。通过第二开关实现对电磁铁3的通断、以及电缆的通断,第二开关的动作依赖于对接的动作,便于在正常充电时及时关闭电磁铁3,提高充电质量。
如图2所示,第二开关包括择一接通电磁铁3供电回路或电缆供电回路的导通部5,以及用于在第二压合部的压合下带动导通部5接通电磁铁3供电回路或电缆供电回路的伸缩部6。伸缩部6和导通部5之间通过联动杆7连接,电缆接头1设于电缆车上,伸缩部6和导通部5之间通过联动杆7连接,稳定性高,此外第二开关还包括用于使伸缩部6弹出的弹性体,在第二压合部的压合下,压力克服弹力,实现电缆回路的导通和电磁铁3的断开。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,包括电缆接头和船只充电接口,所述电缆接头的输入端通过电缆与岸基电源连接,输出端与船只充电接口连接,所述船只充电接口设于船只上,其特征在于,所述电缆接头设有电磁铁,所述船只充电接口上设有用于被所述电磁铁吸附的软磁体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,其特征在于,所述船只上设有船只充电电路,所述船只充电接口上设有用于通断船只充电电路的第一开关,所述电缆接头上设有用于在电缆接头和船只充电接口卡合时拨动所述第一开关的第一压合部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,其特征在于,所述电缆接头上设有用于开闭所述电磁铁、以及通断电缆的第二开关,所述船只充电接口上设有用于在电缆接头和船只充电接口卡合时拨动所述第二开关的第二压合部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二开关包括择一接通电磁铁供电回路或电缆供电回路的导通部,以及用于在第二压合部的压合下带动所述导通部接通电磁铁供电回路或电缆供电回路的伸缩部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,其特征在于,所述伸缩部和导通部之间通过联动杆连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于岸基船只充电的连接结构,其特征在于,所述电缆接头设于电缆车上。
