Claims (5)
- ハウジング内に収容されるシャフトと、
該シャフトの外周に設けられ、油液中を回転するベアリングと、
該シャフトの外周に設けられる回転部材と、を備えるベアリング機構であって、
前記ベアリングの保持器及び/又は前記回転部材に設けられ、該シャフトの回転状態において前記油液を前記シャフトの軸方向または中心方向へ導くガイド手段を備えると共に、
前記回転部材はバランサであり、該バランサには前記油液を前記ベアリング方向へ導く第1凸状部が形成されている
ことを特徴とするベアリング機構。 - 請求項1記載のベアリング機構であって、
前記ベアリングの保持器には、前記油液を前記シャフトの軸方向または中心方向へ導く第2凸状部が形成されている
ことを特徴とするベアリング機構。 - 請求項1又は2記載のベアリング機構であって、
前記ベアリングは、ボールベアリング又はニードルベアリングである
ことを特徴とするベアリング機構。 - 請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項記載のベアリング機構であって、
前記シャフトの両端に一対のボールベアリングが配設され、該一対のボールベアリングの間に一対のバランサが配設され、該一対のバランサの間にニードルベアリングが配設されている
ことを特徴とするベアリング機構。 - 請求項3又は4記載のベアリング機構と、
前記ニードルベアリングに当接する少なくとも1つのプランジヤと、
該プランジヤが前記ニードルベアリングの偏心により往復動し、該往復動により吸入通路から前記油液を吸い込み、吐出通路へ吐出するポンプ室と、を備える
ことを特徴とするプランジヤポンプ。
