本发明具有保持架的深沟球轴承的第一个实施例如图1、图3所示:包括外圈2、内圈1、保持架和钢球,所述保持架设置在外圈2与内圈1之间,所述保持架上设置有兜孔,所述钢球设置在兜孔中,所述架体分体设置形成有上架体4和下架体3,所述上架体4和下架体3上均间隔设置有兜槽41,所述上架体4和下架体3上的兜槽41对应组合形成兜孔,所述上架体4于相邻兜槽41之间设置有连接台42,所述下架体3于相邻兜槽41之间设置有定位台31,所述连接台42与定位台31之间设置有插接件43和插接槽32,所述插接件43与插接槽32相固定形成上架体4与下架体3的固定连接。所述插接槽32设置在下架体3定位台31上,所述插接槽32中形成有隆起块33,所述插接件43设置在上架体4连接台42上,所述插接件43端部形成有卡接块44,所述卡接块44卡设在隆起块33与插接槽32底面之间。所述隆起块33靠近插接槽32插入口设置,所述隆起块33与卡接块44的接触面呈弧形面设置。所述外圈2内壁形成有第一连接台阶,所述内圈1外壁形成有第二连接台阶11,所述第一连接台阶与第二连接台阶11之间卡设有防尘盖5。
本发明具有保持架的深沟球轴承的第二个实施例如图1至图3所示:包括外圈2、内圈1、保持架和钢球,所述保持架设置在外圈2与内圈1之间,所述保持架上设置有兜孔,所述钢球设置在兜孔中,所述架体分体设置形成有上架体4和下架体3,所述上架体4和下架体3上均间隔设置有兜槽41,所述上架体4和下架体3上的兜槽41对应组合形成兜孔,所述上架体4于相邻兜槽41之间设置有连接台42,所述下架体3于相邻兜槽41之间设置有定位台31,所述连接台42与定位台31之间设置有插接件43和插接槽32,所述插接件43与插接槽32相固定形成上架体4与下架体3的固定连接。所述插接槽32设置在下架体3定位台31上,所述插接槽32中形成有隆起块33,所述插接件43设置在上架体4连接台42上,所述插接件43端部形成有卡接块44,所述卡接块44卡设在隆起块33与插接槽32底面之间。所述隆起块33靠近插接槽32插入口设置,所述隆起块33与卡接块44的接触面呈弧形面设置。所述插接件43两侧形成有定位片45,所述定位片45弹性设置,所述插接槽32对应定位片45位置开设有容置槽34。所述插接槽32通过容置槽34与兜槽41连通设置,所述容置槽34中设置有储油棉。所述外圈2内壁形成有第一连接台阶,所述内圈1外壁形成有第二连接台阶11,所述第一连接台阶与第二连接台阶11之间卡设有防尘盖5。
本发明具有保持架的深沟球轴承的第三个实施例如图4至图7所示:包括外圈2、内圈1、保持架和钢球,所述保持架设置在外圈2与内圈1之间,所述保持架上设置有兜孔,所述钢球设置在兜孔中,所述架体分体设置形成有上架体4和下架体3,所述上架体4和下架体3上均间隔设置有兜槽41,所述上架体4和下架体3上的兜槽41对应组合形成兜孔,所述上架体4于相邻兜槽41之间设置有连接台42,所述下架体3于相邻兜槽41之间设置有定位台31,所述连接台42与定位台31之间设置有插接件43和插接槽32,所述插接件43与插接槽32相固定形成上架体4与下架体3的固定连接。所述插接槽32设置在下架体3定位台31上,所述插接件43设置在上架体4连接台42上,所述插接件43设置为两个连接臂46,所述连接臂46一端与连接台42连接,另一端设置有卡钩47,所述连接臂46穿过插接槽32设置,所述卡钩47钩设在定位台31外壁上。所述卡钩47呈楔形设置,所述卡钩47与插接槽32的接触面呈斜面设置。两连接臂46之间设置有连接桥48。所述上架体4上连接台42矮于兜槽41底面设置,所述卡钩47长度小于连接台42与兜槽41底面距离差设置。所述外圈2内壁形成有第一连接台阶,所述内圈1外壁形成有第二连接台阶11,所述第一连接台阶与第二连接台阶11之间卡设有防尘盖5。
本发明具有保持架的深沟球轴承的第四个实施例如图5、图6和图9所示:包括外圈2、内圈1、保持架和钢球,所述保持架设置在外圈2与内圈1之间,所述保持架上设置有兜孔,所述钢球设置在兜孔中,所述架体分体设置形成有上架体4和下架体3,所述上架体4和下架体3上均间隔设置有兜槽41,所述上架体4和下架体3上的兜槽41对应组合形成兜孔,所述上架体4于相邻兜槽41之间设置有连接台42,所述下架体3于相邻兜槽41之间设置有定位台31,所述连接台42与定位台31之间设置有插接件43和插接槽32,所述插接件43与插接槽32相固定形成上架体4与下架体3的固定连接。所述插接槽32设置在下架体3定位台31上,所述插接件43设置在上架体4连接台42上,所述插接件43设置为两个连接臂46,所述连接臂46一端与连接台42连接,另一端设置有卡钩47,所述连接臂46穿过插接槽32设置,所述卡钩47钩设在定位台31外壁上。所述卡钩47呈楔形设置,所述卡钩47与插接槽32的接触面呈斜面设置。两连接臂46之间设置有连接桥48。所述上架体4上连接台42矮于兜槽41底面设置,所述卡钩47长度小于连接台42与兜槽41底面距离差设置。
本发明具有保持架的深沟球轴承的第五个实施例如图4、图5、图6和图8所示:包括外圈2、内圈1、保持架和钢球,所述保持架设置在外圈2与内圈1之间,所述保持架上设置有兜孔,所述钢球设置在兜孔中,所述架体分体设置形成有上架体4和下架体3,所述上架体4和下架体3上均间隔设置有兜槽41,所述上架体4和下架体3上的兜槽41对应组合形成兜孔,所述上架体4于相邻兜槽41之间设置有连接台42,所述下架体3于相邻兜槽41之间设置有定位台31,所述连接台42与定位台31之间设置有插接件43和插接槽32,所述插接件43与插接槽32相固定形成上架体4与下架体3的固定连接。所述插接槽32设置在下架体3定位台31上,所述插接件43设置在上架体4连接台42上,所述插接件43设置为两个连接臂46,所述连接臂46一端与连接台42连接,另一端设置有卡钩47,所述连接臂46穿过插接槽32设置,所述卡钩47钩设在定位台31外壁上。所述卡钩47呈楔形设置,所述卡钩47与插接槽32的接触面呈斜面设置。所述上架体4上连接台42矮于兜槽41底面设置,所述卡钩47长度小于连接台42与兜槽41底面距离差设置。所述外圈2内壁形成有第一连接台阶,所述内圈1外壁形成有第二连接台阶11,所述第一连接台阶与第二连接台阶11之间卡设有防尘盖5。(爪扣结构无连接桥48)

Claims (6)
1.一种具有保持架的深沟球轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架和钢球,所述保持架设置在外圈与内圈之间,所述保持架上设置有兜孔,所述钢球设置在兜孔中,其特征在于:架体分体设置形成有上架体和下架体,所述上架体和下架体上均间隔设置有兜槽,所述上架体和下架体上的兜槽对应组合形成兜孔,所述上架体于相邻兜槽之间设置有连接台,所述下架体于相邻兜槽之间设置有定位台,所述连接台与定位台之间设置有插接件和插接槽,所述插接件与插接槽相固定形成上架体与下架体的固定连接,所述插接槽设置在下架体定位台上,所述插接槽中形成有隆起块,所述插接件设置在上架体连接台上,所述插接件端部形成有卡接块,所述卡接块卡设在隆起块与插接槽底面之间,所述隆起块靠近插接槽插入口设置,所述隆起块与卡接块的接触面呈弧形面设置,所述插接件两侧形成有定位片,所述定位片弹性设置,所述插接槽对应定位片位置开设有容置槽,所述插接槽通过容置槽与兜槽连通设置,所述容置槽中设置有储油棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保持架的深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述插接槽设置在下架体定位台上,所述插接件设置在上架体连接台上,所述插接件设置为两个连接臂,所述连接臂一端与连接台连接,另一端设置有卡钩,所述连接臂穿过插接槽设置,所述卡钩钩设在定位台外壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有保持架的深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述卡钩呈楔形设置,所述卡钩与插接槽的接触面呈斜面设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有保持架的深沟球轴承,其特征在于:两连接臂之间设置有连接桥。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有保持架的深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述上架体上连接台矮于兜槽底面设置,所述卡钩长度小于连接台与兜槽底面距离差设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有保持架的深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈内壁形成有第一连接台阶,所述内圈外壁形成有第二连接台阶,所述第一连接台阶与第二连接台阶之间卡设有防尘盖。
