Description
エチレンカーボネート(EC):エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):フルオロベンゼン(FB)を30:55:5:10の体積比で混合した有機溶媒に1.3MのLiPF6を添加した後、ジエチルビニルホスホナート0.5重量%と、ジエチルビニルホスホナート100重量部に対してアゾビスイソブチロニトリル1重量部とを添加して電解質組成物を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート(EC):エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):フルオロベンゼン(FB)を30:55:5:10の体積比で混合した有機溶媒に1.3MのLiPF6を添加した後、ジエチルビニルホスホナート0.5重量%と、ジエチルビニルホスホナート100重量部に対してアゾビスイソブチロニトリル2.7重量部とを添加して電解質組成物を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート(EC):エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):フルオロベンゼン(FB)を30:55:5:10の体積比で混合した有機溶媒に1.3MのLiPF6を添加した後、エチレングリコールメタクリレートホスフェート0.5重量%と、エチレングリコールメタクリレートホスフェート100重量部に対してアゾビスイソブチロニトリル2.7重量部とを添加して電解質組成物を製造した。
エチレンカーボネート(EC):エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):フルオロベンゼン(FB)を30:55:5:10の体積比で混合した有機溶媒に、1.3MのLiPF6を添加した溶液を電解質組成物として用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様な方法で角形のリチウムイオン二次電池を得た。

Claims (13)
- a)正極活物質としてリチウムイオンの可逆的な脱−挿入が可能な化合物からなる正極;
b)負極活物質としてリチウムイオンの可逆的な脱−挿入が可能な物質からなる負極;
c)前記正極と負極の間に存在するセパレータ;及び
d)非水性有機溶媒、リチウム塩及びP=O結合を有する線状高分子を含む電解質;
を含むリチウム二次電池であって、
前記P=O結合を有する線状高分子は、不飽和炭化水素基を含むホスホナート化合物を重合して形成され、不飽和炭化水素基を含むホスホナート化合物がジエチルビニルホスホナートおよびエチレングリコールメタクリレートホスフェートからなる群より選択される少なくとも一つである、リチウム二次電池。 - 前記非水性有機溶媒は、カーボネート、エステル、エーテル及びケトンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記カーボネートは、ジメチルカーボネート(DMC)、ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)、ジプロピルカーボネート(DPC)、メチルプロピルカーボネート(MPC)、エチルプロピルカーボネート(EPC)、メチルエチルカーボネート(MEC)、エチレンカーボネート(EC)、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)及びブチレンカーボネート(BC)からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒である、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記カーボネートは、環状(cyclic)カーボネートと鎖状(chain)カーボネートとの混合溶媒である、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記非水性有機溶媒は、カーボネート系溶媒と芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒との混合溶媒である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒は、ベンゼン、フルオロベンゼン、トルエン、フルオロトルエン、トリフルオロトルエン、キシレン及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒である、請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記カーボネート系溶媒と芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒は、1:1乃至30:1の体積比で混合される、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩は、LiPF6、LiBF4、LiSbF6、LiAsF6、LiClO4、LiCF3SO3、Li(CF3SO2)2N、LiC4F9SO3、LiAlO4、LiAlCl4、LiGaCl4、LiN(CxF2x+1SO2)(CyF2y+1SO2)(ここで、x及びyは自然数である)、LiNO3、LiCl及びLilからなる群より選択される1種または2種以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩は0.6乃至2.0Mの濃度で用いられる、請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記P=O結合を有する線状高分子の含量は、電解質総量に対して0.005乃至5重量%である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- リチウム塩、非水性有機溶媒、不飽和炭化水素基を含むホスホナート化合物及び重合開始剤を含む非水性電解質を、正極と負極の間に注入して電池を製造する段階;及び
前記不飽和炭化水素基を含むホスホナート化合物を反応させ、P=O結合を有する線状高分子を形成する段階;
を含むリチウム二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記不飽和炭化水素基を含むホスホナート化合物がジエチルビニルホスホナートおよびエチレングリコールメタクリレートホスフェートからなる群より選択される少なくとも一つである、リチウム二次電池の製造方法 - 電池を製造した後に熱処理する段階をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。
