Claims (6)
- バー部材が貫通する内孔部を有する筒状のゴム弾性体よりなるブッシュ本体と、前記ブッシュ本体を外周より保持するブラケット金具とからなり、前記内孔部において前記バー部材に接着される防振装置であって、
前記ブッシュ本体とブラケット金具とがそれぞれ縦方向に2分割され、前記ブッシュ本体を構成する一対の分割ゴム体は、それぞれ前記ブラケット金具の分割体である締結可能な一対の半部材の内周面に加硫接着され、該両分割ゴム体における内孔部の成形上の内径が前記バー部材の外径より径小とされるとともに、両分割ゴム体の半円形の内孔部周面が互いの対向側に偏心して形成されてなり、
前記両分割ゴム体により前記バー部材を挟んで前記ブラケット金具の両半部材が締結されることにより、前記両分割ゴム体がそれぞれの内径を拡径するように圧縮されて前記内孔部周面が前記バー部材の外周面に対し接着されるとともに、両半部材の対接状態の締結により両分割ゴム体が対向方向にさらに圧縮されることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記両分割ゴム体における内孔部の成形上の内径は、最大径の部分で少なくとも接着時の面圧確保に必要とされる締め代に相当する寸法分、前記バー部材の外径より径小となるように形成されてなる請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記ブッシュ本体を構成する両分割ゴム体は、その内孔部周面が軸方向中央部から両端に向かって漸次径小となるように成形されてなる請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置をバー部材に対して接着する取付方法において、
前記ブッシュ本体の両分割ゴム体により接着剤層を介して前記バー部材を挟んだ状態で、前記ブラケット金具の両半部材を締結して両分割ゴム体の内孔部周面を前記バー部材の外周面に対し接着する際、前記両半部材の対向面間にスペーサーを介在させて締結することにより、前記分割ゴム体を前記内孔部の内径を拡径させるように圧縮して、前記内孔部周面を前記バー部材の外周面に対し接着し、この接着後に、前記スペーサーを取り除いて前記両半部材を対接させるように締結することにより、前記両分割ゴム体を対向方向にさらに圧縮せしめることを特徴とする防振装置の取付方法。 - 前記両分割ゴム体の分割端面を、それぞれ内孔部側ほど対向側に突出するように傾斜したものとし、前記ブラケット金具の両半部材の締結により対接させる請求項4に記載の防振装置の取付方法。
- 前記スペーサーは、前記両分割ゴム体の内孔部周面の双方の偏心量分と同じか、もしくは僅かに小さい厚みを有するものとし、該スペーサーを介在させて前記ブラケット金具の両半部材を締結した状態において、前記両分割ゴム体の分割端面の内孔部側が対接するようにする請求項4又は5に記載の防振装置の取付方法。
