Claims (4)
- バー部材が貫通する内孔部を有するゴム弾性体よりなるブッシュ本体と、前記ブッシュ本体を外周より保持するブラケット金具とからなり、前記バー部材に嵌合されて取付けられる防振装置の取付構造であって、
前記ブッシュ本体とブラケット金具とがそれぞれ縦方向に2分割され、前記ブッシュ本体を構成する一対の分割ゴム体は、それぞれ前記ブラケット金具の分割体である締結可能な一対の半部材の内周面に加硫接着され、該両分割ゴム体の内周部に、それぞれ前記バー部材の外径に相応する内径の半割形内筒が加硫接着されるとともに、該両半割形内筒による内孔部周面が前記両半部材の内周面に対し互いの対向側に偏心して形成されてなり、
前記両分割ゴム体により前記バー部材を挟んで前記ブラケット金具の両半部材が対接状態に締結されることにより、前記両分割ゴム体がそれぞれ対向方向に圧縮されるとともに、前記両半割形内筒による内孔部周面が前記バー部材の外周面に対し圧着されてなることを特徴とする防振装置の取付構造。 - 前記両半割形内筒の内面にゴム膜層が設けられており、該両半割形内筒が前記ゴム膜層を介して前記バー部材の外周面に圧着されてなる請求項1に記載の防振装置の取付構造。
- 前記両分割ゴム体の分割端面が、それぞれ内孔部側ほど対向側に突出するように傾斜したものとされ、前記ブラケット金具の両半部材の締結により圧縮変形して互いに対接せしめられてなる請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置の取付構造。
- 前記両半割形内筒による内孔部周面の偏心量が、1.5〜5.0mmである請求項3に記載の防振装置の取付構造。
