Description
筒状のゴム状弾性体から構成されるブッシュ本体は、第1仮想平面により周方向の一部が分断される。ブッシュ本体は、第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第1部と、第1仮想平面を挟んで第1部の反対側に第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第2部と、第1部および第2部以外の部位である第3部とを備える。リップは、第3部のみに設けられる。スタビライザバーに接着する前のブッシュ本体の無荷重状態で、第1部と第2部とを接触させた状態において、第1仮想平面におけるブッシュ本体の第1内周面の内径よりも、軸心を含み第1仮想平面に垂直な第2仮想平面におけるブッシュ本体の第1内周面の内径が大きく設定される。そのため、ブッシュ本体を径方向に予圧縮した状態でブッシュ本体の第1内周面をスタビライザバーの外周面に接着するとき、ブッシュ本体の第1仮想平面の近傍における径方向の予圧縮量を多くできる。これにより、荷重入力時にブッシュ本体とスタビライザバーとを接着した接着層に引張方向の力を生じ難くできるので、スタビライザバーとの接着耐久性を向上できる効果がある。

Claims (3)
- スタビライザバーに取り付けられる第1内周面を有する筒状のゴム状弾性体から構成されるブッシュ本体と、
前記第1内周面に連なる第2内周面を有し、前記ブッシュ本体と一体に形成されて前記ブッシュ本体の軸方向端部の軸心側から軸方向へ突出する環状のリップと、
前記ブッシュ本体の前記第1内周面に設けられて前記スタビライザバーの外周面に接着されると共に、前記リップの前記第2内周面に設けられて前記スタビライザバーの外周面に接着される接着層とを備え、
前記ブッシュ本体は、第1仮想平面により周方向の一部が分断され、
前記第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第1部と、
前記第1仮想平面を挟んで前記第1部の反対側に前記第1仮想平面から周方向の所定距離まで設けられる第2部と、
前記第1部および前記第2部以外の部位である第3部とを備え、
前記スタビライザバーに接着する前の前記ブッシュ本体の無荷重状態で、前記第1部と前記第2部とを接触させた状態において、前記第1仮想平面における前記第1内周面の内径よりも、前記軸心を含み前記第1仮想平面に垂直な第2仮想平面における前記第1内周面の内径が大きく設定され、
前記リップは、前記第3部のみに設けられることを特徴とするスタビライザブッシュ。 - 前記リップの外周面は、前記ブッシュ本体に連なって形成される、前記ブッシュ本体から離れるにつれて前記軸心へ近づく外傾斜部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
- 前記第2内周面は、前記リップの無荷重状態において、前記ブッシュ本体から離れるにつれて前記軸心へ近づく内傾斜部と、
前記ブッシュ本体の軸方向端部よりも軸方向外側において前記内傾斜部と前記第1内周面とを連絡する、前記軸心に対して平行な内平行部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスタビライザブッシュ。
