Description
(a)エポキシ樹脂と;
(b)エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤と;
(c)カルボン酸基を含有するミクロゲルと窒素含有塩基との反応生成物と;
(d)充填剤の総量を基準にして少なくとも75重量%の黒鉛を含む導電性充填剤の組合せとを含む組成物を提供する。
エポキシ樹脂1:4.35価/kgのエポキシ含量を有するエポキシクレゾールノボラック
エポキシ樹脂2:2.2価/kgのエポキシ含量を有するビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル
硬化剤1:8.5価/kgのヒドロキシル基含量を有するクレゾールノボラック
触媒1:米国特許第5,994,475号明細書の例II.5におけるとおりに製造した、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸、エチレングリコールジメタクリラート、トリメチロールプロパン=トリメタクリラートおよび2,4−エチルメチルイミダゾールから製造したミクロゲル−アミン塩

20μmの平均粒径を有する黒鉛粉末
表1に示した成分を、ビーズミルにて混合し、カレンダにて90〜110℃で均質化した。次いで、得られたペレットの流動性を、ASTM−D3123により決定した。
硬化した混合物の体積抵抗に対するオルガノシランの効果は、組成物CおよびDを比較したとき、明白であった。表2における成分についての定量データは、重量部である。
成分(d)の適切な粒度分析によって、配合物のらせん流動性および伝導率を最適化することができる。天然黒鉛は、1〜3%の多価陽イオンを含み、それが膜に包埋されて、不都合な作用となりかねないことから、ここでは合成黒鉛を主として使用すべきである。下表4は、上記配合物G(表3)の体積抵抗を、用いられる黒鉛の等級の関数として示している。かっこ内のデータは、黒鉛の平均粒径である。
Claims (11)
- (a)エポキシ樹脂と;
(b)エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤と;
(c)カルボン酸基を含有するミクロゲルと窒素含有塩基との反応生成物(ミクロゲルが、少なくとも1種類の不飽和カルボン酸と少なくとも1種類の多官能性架橋結合剤との共重合体であり、窒素含有塩基が、アミン、ポリアミンまたはイミダゾールである)と; (d)充填剤の総量を基準にして少なくとも75重量%の黒鉛を含む導電性充填剤の組合せと
を含み、
全成分(a)+(b)+(c)+(d)を基準にして、50〜90重量%の成分(d)を含む、
溶剤フリーの組成物。 - 成分(a)としてエポキシフェノールノボラックまたはエポキシクレゾールノボラックを含有する、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 不飽和カルボン酸が、アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸である、請求項1又は2記載の組成物。
- 多官能性架橋結合剤が、脂肪族、脂環族もしくは芳香族ポリオールの多官能性アクリラートまたはメタクリラート、アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸とポリグリシジル化合物との付加物、アクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸とアクリル酸もしくはメタクリル酸グリシジルとの付加物、アクリル酸アルケニルもしくはメタクリル酸アルケニル、ジアルケニルシクロヘキサン、あるいはジアルケニルベンゼンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 多官能性架橋結合剤が、エチレングリコール=ジアクリラート、エチレングリコール=ジメタクリラート、プロピレングリコール=ジアクリラート、プロピレングリコール=ジメタクリラート、1,4−ブタンジオール=ジアクリラート、1,4−ブタンジオール=ジメタクリラート、ポリエチレングリコール=ジアクリラート、ポリエチレングリコール=ジメタクリラート、ポリプロピレングリコール=ジアクリラート、ポリプロピレングリコール=ジメタクリラート、1,1,1−トリメチロールプロパン=トリアクリラート、1,1,1−トリメチロールプロパン=トリメタクリラート、ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル=ジアクリラート、ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル=ジメタクリラート、アクリル酸アリル、メタクリル酸アリル、ジビニルシクロヘキサン、およびジビニルベンゼンから選択される、請求項4記載の組成物。
- 窒素含有塩基が、2−フェニルイミダゾール、2−イソプロピルイミダゾール、2−ドデシルイミダゾール、2−ヘプタデシルイミダゾール、2−エチルイミダゾールまたは2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾールである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 充填剤の組合せ(d)が、0.1〜500μmの平均粒径を有する黒鉛粉末を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 充填剤の組合せ(d)が、合成黒鉛の形態での黒鉛粉末を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 成分(a)の100重量部を基準にして、0.1〜25重量部の成分(c)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 全成分(a)+(b)+(c)+(d)を基準にして、70〜85重量%の成分(d)を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- さらにオルガノシランも含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の組成物。
